As a Frontend React.js Developer, you need to have an eye for building awesome and world class experiences using the best possible libraries in React. We're looking for someone who has:

• Proficiency in modern web frameworks and libraries (e.g. React, Redux, SASS, etc.)
• Solid experience with fundamental web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• The candidate is expected to know technical details in React such as state management using Redux, props handling, components and inter-component communication
• He/She should also be hands-on and very good at JavaScript, logical thinking and a problem solver
• Ability to set up reusable, testable and performant UI components, allowing for rapid development and well-organized code
• Comfortable mentoring junior developers, reviewing code and guiding overall frontend architecture
• Experience implementing rich, data driven user experiences

The primary purpose of this internship is to provide freshers with knowledge in web development. We conduct weekly communication classes to enhance communication skills. Additionally, special orientation classes covering topics such as customer satisfaction and work ethics. You will be given training on interview preparation. Our training method simulates the corporate training approach, where students report to their mentors. By the end of this internship, you will have a strong foundation in web development.

• Designing and developing user interfaces using angular best practices.
• Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
• Writing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Developing product analysis tasks.
• Making complex technical and design decisions for Angular projects-

• Hands-on with contemporary javaScript frameworks(React.js / Angular.js)
• Hands-on with UI layouts, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap
• Developed reusable components and libraries for frontend.
• Frontend optimization techniques to reduce latencies
• Frontend optimization for SEO
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, design thinking
• Practical experience with engineering best practices

Responsibilities

• Build desktop and mobile web applications using contemporary javascript frameworks
• Actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes
• Explore and design simple and intuitive consumer experiences
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and back-end engineers to implement frontend solutions
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use, focus on long term code maintainability
• Work in a fast-paced and agile development environment

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS like Sass or LESS
• Thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principles.
• Experience with popular ReactJS state management such as Redux or Flux
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs consumption
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GitLab, Bitbucket
• Must be passionate about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Self-starter with the ability to cope with sharp learning curves.

• Develop Proof-of-Concept and prototype applications using new technologies and frameworks. In addition to collaborating with internal teams and clients to create innovative solutions.
• Help establish GUI best practices and JavaScript frameworks for web development.
• Provide context and guidance for integration and implementation of Front-End Interfaces
• Translate wireframes, comps, and functional requirements into functional HTML/ CSS / Javascript.
• Develop standards-compliant mark-up and code for web sites and applications
• Develop JavaScript using standard Frameworks (jQuery, etc.)
• Develop small to medium size custom JavaScript libraries for reuse across the application
• Provide technology and implementation expertise to the domain, projects, or client
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge in emerging technologies and frameworks
• Participate in knowledge sharing and lessons learned sessions from project experiences

• Design and develop cloud native enterprise applications as per the strategic application roadmap of DSP
• Ensure strict adherence to code quality, coding standards and overall deliverable quality as per the defined standards
• Write automated unit and integration tests to ensure defect free code
• Learn and develop proof of concepts with newer technologies when required
