Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):
· To formulate a detailed plan on the products to be offered each quarter.
· Range presentation to sign off the BU plan with Buying and Merchandising Head
· Booking quantities of products to meet launch and respond to in season variables
· Generating analysis to be able to support buying decisions
· Reacting to sales Information and working with suppliers to revise production flows and maximize sales.
· Agreeing and reviewing targets for sales, margin, stock, commitment and availability.
· Assisting operating plan review and lessons learnt
· Completing catalogue intentions and IRP
· Managing the plans for all markdown periods
· Agreeing the range production plan with the manager and monitoring with suppliers
· Working with the supplier for the prompt input of flows to ensure alignment between production and commitment
· Production plans to manage MSI capacity
· Provide information to retail team to allow them to provide layout plans to stores
· Providing input into price point strategy for ranges
· Maintaining awareness of competition product offer
· Planning, optimizing and reviewing the catalogue by shape of the chain.
· implementing and exploiting new systems and process
Key Requirement:
· Local product development to address local requirements, gaps in the offer and margin opportunity
· Flow and phasing planning
· Product bought to plan
· Product delivered to critical path
· Managing the catalogue plan
· Plan to develop shorter lead time product in season
· Develop value fashion for tier 2 markets
· Work with VM and Marketing deliver and highlight the look.

About the role :
We are seeking a passionate and driven experienced Senior Robotics Engineer to lead the development and integration of autonomy systems in our next-generation marine robotics platforms. You will mentor a team of engineers and play a critical role in scaling up core autonomy stacks from simulation to real-world deployment.
This is a hands-on role that involves direct ownership of robotics subsystems and collaboration with cross-functional teams including hardware, embedded systems, and systems integration.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of autonomy modules (navigation, control, perception, SLAM, etc.).
- Own system-level integration with sensors, embedded systems, and marine vehicle control systems.
- Establish engineering best practices in ROS2-based development, simulation testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Define rigorous testing and validation strategies, developing simulation and field test setups to benchmark perception models against real-world scenarios.
Product Development
- Drive development of robust, scalable code for marine robotics platforms in C++ and Python.
- Guide simulator development to reflect accurate marine dynamics and sensor behavior (e.g., Gazebo, Unity Sim)
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across software and hardware interfaces in test benches and field trials
Team and Project Management
- Mentor and support junior engineers in robotics, controls, and perception development
- Collaborate with program managers to define and track milestones, technical deliverables, and field deployment plans
- Maintain clear documentation, communicate technical findings effectively, and present updates to internal teams, external partners, and research collaborators.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in robotics software development, preferably in field robotics or autonomous vehicles
- Proven track record of deploying robotics systems from lab to field
- Strong coding skills in C++ and Python
- Expertise in ROS2, Gazebo/Unity Sim, and Linux-based development
- Solid understanding of control theory, SLAM, sensor fusion, and kinematics
- Familiarity with marine dynamics and sensor integration (IMU, GPS, LIDAR, sonar, etc.)
Good to have
- Experience working with marine or underwater robotics
- Exposure to safety-critical systems or defense tech environments
