
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and result-oriented Manager – Flipkart Operations to manage end-to-end marketplace activities on Flipkart. The role involves handling catalog management, listing optimization, advertising, inventory coordination, vendor communication, and daily operational activities to drive sales growth and ensure smooth marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Flipkart seller account.
Create and manage product listings, including Standard, RPD, and Premium Catalog creation.
Coordinate with internal design and content teams for catalog and creative publishing.
Ensure accurate product information, images, attributes, and category mapping.
Monitor and maintain pricing, inventory, stock availability, and listing health.
Coordinate with Flipkart Vendor Account Managers regarding POs, claims, escalations, and operational support.
Prepare daily stock reports and ensure timely inventory replenishment.
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns to improve visibility and sales performance.
Analyze sales trends, campaign performance, and marketplace KPIs.
Ensure timely order processing and coordination with warehouse/logistics teams.
Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Flipkart Seller Hub and marketplace operations.
Experience in listing management, cataloging, and marketplace advertising.
Knowledge of RPD and Premium Catalog creation processes.
Good understanding of inventory management and marketplace reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling multiple SKUs/categories on Flipkart.
Familiarity with marketplace advertising and performance optimization.
