About the Role :

We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer to build and scale high-performance web applications and platform features. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, moves fast, and delivers quality solutions in a product-driven environment.

Mandatory Skills :

WordPress, PHP, Full Stack Development, MySQL/MariaDB, Web Performance Optimization, Great communication skills without fillers, Strong ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build, maintain, and optimize full stack web applications.

• Improve platform performance, reliability, and speed.

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum 8+ years of experience (MANDATORY).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and PHP.
• Strong understanding of Full Stack Development.
• Experience with MySQL/MariaDB.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

• AWS / Cloudflare / GCP exposure
• DevOps and infrastructure understanding
• A/B testing, analytics tools, and SQL experience

Working Style :

• Outcome and delivery-focused role — performance is measured by results, not hours logged.
• Daily and weekly goals will be aligned in advance. Efficient execution is valued over fixed working hours.
• While the standard schedule is Monday–Friday (ET), occasional availability outside regular hours (including weekends) may be required to support critical issues when necessary.

• Strong UI architecture and design skills and keen business sense.
•  Excellent front end/UI skills (JS, HTML, Angular) skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 5–8 years of backend development experience
• Strong in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
• Hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at Connect and Heal - CNH Care. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and effective communication. They will also be responsible for sales-related tasks to promote the company's services.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries via any support channel
• Approach all queries with customer centric attitude
• Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Help build and improve processes
• Adhere to set standards of TAT and SLA
• Demonstrates customer empathy during all interactions with customers.

Candidate requirements:

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in a customer support role
• Can handle verbal and non-verbal process (chat, email, phone)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi
• A quick learner
• Ability to make high quality decisions & Multi task.

Language Proficiency: English (Fully proficient), Hindi (working proficiency), Marathi & Telegu( limited working proficiency), Tamil & Kannada ( Elementary proficiency)
