We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, JSP, and modern frontend frameworks, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.

What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring his or her team to achieve their performance metrics. Your collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills will help you thrive as an Engineering Manager.

You will be in charge of building the Financial platform team from scratch. This team will be responsible for covering “Revenue cycle management” and “Money movement” product areas.

Your first 90 days

• Your first two weeks will focus on onboarding. You'll work on small coding tasks to learn our tech stack, system architecture, and medical domain basics.
• Next month, you will collaborate with the Product Manager to develop a comprehensive team roadmap and initiate the recruitment process for essential team members.
• By the end of your third month, you'll have a common managerial routine, including team rituals, one-on-one meetings, planning for future product cycles, and active participation in management team initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Hiring great talent and adjusting hiring process to meet team’s needs.
• Planning together with the team a roadmap for product cycles.
• Manage, coach, and support engineering team. Coaching and growing engineers to the point where they can take large, loosely defined projects, and deliver them with little intervention.
• Providing feedback on product and technical specs to help engineers identify where to cut scope or improve quality.
• Fixing small bugs or doing small improvements to our tech stack while staying off the critical path.
• Communicate team goals and ensure project timelines are met

Requirements

• At least 12+ years experience in Software development roles
• 3+ years' experience as Engineering manager.
• 5+ years experience as Lead Engineer.
• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, NoSQL and Cloud
• Self motivated , thought leader with proven Engineering leadership skills
• US Health care domain expertise is preferred
• Fintech and exposure to payment gateway systems will be added advantage

 Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of entire features and components of the application lifecycle and lead the product design and code
• Collaborate with other members of the team to deliver large and complex features on time and to a high standard
• Be part of the development process and contribute improvements and suggestions, driving the quality of the code throughout the entire production
• Mentor other developers in the team and help maintain code, product, and process quality
• Partner with creative and management teams to ensure schedules and goals meet business and project
• Bring meaningful contributions to our products and the entire

Key Requirements :

• Has experience analysing website and application requirements.
• Has a thorough understanding of relational databases and security relating to PHP/MySQL
• Has expertise in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery
• Skilled in managing backend services and ensuring seamless data interchange between server and end-users.
• Knowledgeable with writing web services and REST APIs for web and mobile application integration.
• Has designed and maintained database experience.
• AWS can be a plus point

• Proficient in creating Web (Responsive) applications using Angular 8+, AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery. 
• Experience developing/consuming RESTAPIs
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages Like Java, Python and JavaScript frameworks(e.g. Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g.MSSQL, MySQL), and UI/UX design
• Hands-on experience with code versioning systems like Git, SVN.

2.Overall 4-10 yrs Experience  in PHP/MERN Stack Development

8.Proficient Understanding of Code Version Tools Such as Git ,Bit Bucket

9.The candidate should be well versed with problem solving skills,task breakdown  & code reviewing.

Responsibilities:

• Building and developing web application using Angular 2+, Node Js and Mongo DB
• Maintenance and support of existing application
• Problem solving, debugging and analytical skills
• Monitoring and deploying application on Microsoft Azure

Technical / Functional Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Angular 2+, Node Js, Mongo DB and Microsoft Azure

• Strong experience in performance tuning of complex Mongo DB queries
• Good understanding of Typescript, JavaScript (ES6), CSS, HTML
• Experience in the contact center industry preferred
• Experience in using Git/Bitbucket or any version control tools
• Graduate in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field preferred
