Role Summary

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to design and build solutions that eliminate manual tasks within production support operations. This role is primarily focused on automation engineering, with secondary exposure to production support. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Slack integrations to support modern automation and DevOps-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy automation solutions using Python/Java/Node.js or RPA tools
• Automate monitoring, alerts, reporting, and reconciliation processes
• Integrate systems via REST APIs, database connections, and file-based workflows
• Identify and optimize manual support processes through automation
• Support L2/L3 production activities, including incident triage and RCA
• Work with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana for log analytics and dashboarding
• Support releases, deployments, and environment-related activities
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
• Develop AWS-based automation (Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, API Gateway, IAM workflows, etc.)
• Create automation workflows integrated with Slack for notifications, approvals, and operational triggers
• Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to ensure scalable, secure automation design

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in automation, scripting, or software engineering
• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL
• Exposure to monitoring platforms like Splunk and Grafana
• Basic understanding of production support and ITIL processes
• Experience working with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms (preferred)
• Practical experience working with AWS cloud services
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools
• Experience implementing Slack integrations using bots, webhooks, or API-based workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-driven automation
• Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of security best practices in automation and cloud workflows

  Strong knowledge in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, etc. 

 Sound Knowlegde querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, etc. 

 Strong understanding creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.

Responsibilities   

• Handle end to end recruitment cycle for the open positions 
• Coordinate with the hiring managers to understand the skill-set required, create a job description, develop a recruitment plan and execute it
• Screen the profiles of inbound candidates and search profiles through various job portals to hunt for the best candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule telephonic and face-to-face interviews and follow up with the candidates
• Negotiate with the candidates on salaries and perks offered
• Create a pipeline of active candidates qualified for further interview rounds for the open positions and construct of strong network of passive candidates
• Represent LogiNext strongly to generate a genuine interest in the candidates and provide them complete and inspiring details of the position
• Log and record each-and-every outreach made, in the ATS and generate regular activity reports 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Management, Statistics or related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in technology recruitment with high success ratio
• Possessing good understanding of recruitment cycle in a product organization
• Good knowledge of enterprise technologies and SaaS market
• Good screening skills along with strong judgement on the behavioral skills to evaluate the candidate’s technical fitment and alignment with LogiNext’s cultural values
• Ability to take ownership, understand the requirements of positions and prosper in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Extensive working knowledge of developing relationships with candidates and keeping them interested in LogiNext along with ability to generate leads to find the best of the candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management skills are essential
• Ability to manage and handle multiple requirements at a time efficiently

• Hands-on development and delivery experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, bootstrap,
• Hands-on experience in ReactJS & related tech stack
• A strong Javascript foundation and clear understanding of Javascript classes, prototype-based inheritance, modules, etc.
• Ability to convert the UI designs into fully functional interactive prototypes.
• Experience in PSD to Html Conversion with Responsive design
• Knowledge in developing UI software interacting/interfacing with Browsers
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies

Key Tasks and Duties:
- Prospecting for new clients/lead generation
- End-to-end B2B selling
