Role Overview
We’re looking for a Lead Management Associate to manage and track incoming leads, assign them to the sales team, and ensure smooth coordination between marketing and sales. You'll help drive conversions through clean data, timely follow-ups, and smart reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads generated across multiple channels (paid, organic, referral, partnerships, etc.)
- Allocate leads to the appropriate sales personnel daily, based on pre-defined logic (location, priority score, bandwidth, lead source, etc.)
- Ensure no lead leakage through timely tagging, routing, and assignment in CRM or lead management system
- Reassign unresponsive or inactive leads based on follow-up SLAs
What You’ll Need
- 0–2 years of experience in lead ops, CRM, or sales coordination
- Good with Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho
- Attention to detail and strong communication
