Job Description

Develop, test, and maintain applications to specified designs & standards in Laravel.

Develop & implement modern web services using service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.

Write and execute unit tests.

Implement front-end interfaces & experiences with modern HTML/CSS/jQuery.

Test, troubleshoot, and optimize application components for maximum speed, security, stability, and scalability. stability, and scalability.

Skills & Experience:

experience as a backend Laravel developer.

Experience in Core PHP using MVC Architecture.

Ability to write APIs including Restful APIs.

Knowledge of database operations with MySQL.

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, reactjs etc.).

Knowledge and experience of OOPS.

Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.

• Talking to customers and business teams to suggest improvement areas in product flows.
• Create peer learnings for team members and build context for new teammates
• Help with building the company's tech team and iterating on the hiring framework.
• Provide regular feedback to your team (peers and managers) to ensure continuous improvement.
• Keeping abreast with the latest technologies and working on your skills regularly.

Skills & Requirements

• Good knowledge and experience of working with backend systems; designing server-side architecture, including production maintenance experience are must-haves.
• At least 1-8 years of experience in any programming languages like Java, Ruby, PHP, Python, and Node.js(Node.js preferred).
• Understanding of micro-services-oriented architecture.
• Experience with Databases design (SQL, NoSQL) and analytics
• Experience in driving and delivering complex features/software modules from technical design to launch.
• Expertise with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Have empathy for the users you build for

• Experience in the fintech industry
• Experience leading design and implementation of robust and secure web services

Responsible to use modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel, YII2, WordPress or any MVC framework.
Write “clean”, well designed code.
Working with any MVC framework of PHP (any MVC Framework preferable)
Writing PHP based RESTful API
Brainstorm and communicating technology ideas and issues with peers and management
Multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities
Will work independently with minimal supervision
