Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

Frontend:

• Develop responsive, intuitive interfaces using HTML, CSS (SASS), React, and Vanilla JS.
• Implement real-time features using sockets for dynamic, interactive user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure consistent UI/UX patterns and deliver visually compelling products.

Backend:

• Design, implement, and maintain APIs using Python (FastAPI).
• Integrate AI-driven features to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
• Ensure the code adheres to best practices in performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and improving reliability.

Database & Data Management:

• Work with PostgreSQL for relational data, ensuring optimal queries and indexing.
• Utilize ClickHouse or MongoDB where appropriate to handle specific data workloads and analytics needs.
• Contribute to building dashboards and tools for analytics and reporting.
• Leverage AI/ML concepts to derive insights from data and improve system performance.

General:

• Use Git for version control; conduct code reviews, ensure clean commit history, and maintain robust documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that align with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in AI and emerging frameworks, and apply them to enhance our platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in team processes and code quality.

About the Role:

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS. You will work closely with the development team to design and implement new features, as well as maintain and improve existing ones. You will also be responsible for ensuring the application is performant and scalable.

• Experience : 3-6 years
  Experience in developing full-stack applications at scale
• Should have experience in any of the front-end frameworks like React, Angular, BackboneJS, Ext, etc, and HTML/CSS/Bootstrap.
• Experience in backend technologies like NodeJS, Python, GOLANG, REST web services and Java(OOPS, Collections, DB Access) or any other technology.
•  Hands on experience in JavaScript Concepts (OO-JS, Closures, Unit Testing, Module Patterns etc)
• Good to have skills like REST, Bootstrap, UI Components, CI/CD, NoSQL based DB is added advantage.
• Experience with advanced CSS programming using LESS or SASS is a plus.
• Expertise in of server side technologies and SQL/NoSQL is a plus.
• Experience of JavaScript testing frameworks like Karma, Mocha, Jest etc.
• It involves design the software system, Select algorithms, theories or technologies that will be used for BUSINESS Applications

Ideally, you know how to write unit tests and maybe even better write them in TDD. You have knowledge in agile methodologies such as Scrum. You know about GIT and the use of continuous integration tools. You have developed single page JS applications end to end.

Candidate should have a bachelor or Master technical degree or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge in software engineering. Proactive Self Starter, creative thinker in designing, developing and supporting applications. Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process.

Will be developing mobile and web applications using latest technology. Should be good in analysing requirements and translate into applications. Good in understanding application flows.

Tech Skills –

MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular/React, Node.js) – Expert level - at least 2-3 full sized projects

Cloud technology – Familiar with using cloud technology (AWS, GCP etc) – Intermediate – Should be able to interact with the services from cloud (e.g. firebase etc)

HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Java script – Intermediate level - Good understanding of concepts and should be able to realize application screens based on the UI provided by designers

Mobile technology – Hybrid (ionic, Cordova, capacitor, flutter), Native (Android, iOS) – Beginner – Should have understanding of concepts, good with basics
