Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture roles.
• Strong experience in architecture governance, reviews, and compliance enforcement.
• Hands-on exposure to end-to-end enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, integration platforms).
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent certification.

Role summary

We’re hiring an Account Manager to review and audit customer account usage, create clear health and usage reports, troubleshoot customer issues, and serve as an internal customer advocate.
