What you'll do

• Lead the engineering team day to day, owning delivery and technical direction
• Architect projects end to end and make the high-leverage technical decisions across the stack, in ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS
• Set up the engineering processes, standards, and rituals that let the team ship fast without breaking things
• Mentor and grow engineers, raising the bar across the team
• Break complex, ambiguous problems into clear plans and drive them to done
• Make deliberate tradeoffs between creating tech debt and delivering business requirements

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of full stack engineering experience (strong senior engineers ready to step into a lead role are welcome)
• Deep, hands-on command of ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS
• A track record of technical leadership: architecting systems, mentoring engineers, and setting up engineering processes
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
• Excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer in India with strong hands-on experience across frontend and backend development to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for global clients.

This role requires deep technical expertise, the ability to work independently on complex requirements, and strong collaboration with global delivery teams across regions. You will contribute to technical decision-making, mentor team members, and ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade standards.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable full stack applications

Required Qualifications & Experience

• BE, ME/MTech, MCA, MSc, or equivalent degree-level education
• 5-10+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience working in client-facing, delivery-oriented environments
• Proven experience working in agile development teams
• Ability to work effectively with distributed/global teams

Frontend

• Angular 16 (preferred) or React (can convert to Angular)

Backend
