We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our US IT Staffing business development initiatives from our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Bench Sales and a proven track record in client acquisition. The role focuses on engaging with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1. The BDM will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic marketing to grow our client base in the US.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
· 5 to 10 years of experience in US IT Staffing, including a minimum of 2 years in a client-facing BDM role.
· Strong background in Bench Sales with hands-on experience in candidate marketing.
· Proven ability to generate leads and close new accounts with Direct Clients and Prime Vendors.
· Excellent understanding of US work authorizations, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and staffing models.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven professional.
· Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.).
Good to Have:
· Existing client/vendor relationships in IT services or staffing.
· Awareness of US market trends – high-demand skill areas like Cloud, DevOps, Data, and Cybersecurity.
· Experience working with implementation partners and large integrators.

A techno-project lead within Moonraft holds the responsibility of running a project from a technical and management perspective. The incumbent is expected to have a strong technical know-how and guide and mentor the team on the technical deliverables. In addition to this, a project lead will liase with stakeholders, not limited to clients, to ensure a successful delivery of the project.
Responsibilities
Identifying, assessing and implementing next-gen product solutions; liaising with business partners to unearth needs and requirements
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and report and escalate to management as needed
Define the Development framework, reusable templates based on the organisation repository and past experience and provide guidance to the team in coding as per design
