Job Summary:
BikeFixup is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding potential franchisees, ensuring sustainable growth for BikeFixup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Development: Identify and approach potential franchise partners to expand BikeFixup’s network.

Key Responsibility:
· Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
· Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.
· Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
· Utilize various platforms, including company career pages and external job boards, to post job openings.
