• Requirement Documentation: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly communicate product needs and specifications.
• UI/UX Decisions: Lead UI/UX decision-making processes, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
• Data-driven decision-making: Utilize a data-driven approach to analyse market trends, user feedback, and product performance to make informed decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work seamlessly with tech, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Analytics Tools: Employ analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics to monitor product performance and user behaviour.
• Project Management: Utilize Jira for project tracking, ensuring timely product milestone delivery and promptly addressing any blockers.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Profound knowledge of LLMs and ML models for NLP applications and exposure to conversation commerce.
• Mobile App Development: Drive the development and enhancement of mobile applications, ensuring they meet user needs and market demands.
• Experience in the Whatsapp business ecosystem is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities, with experience using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.

Role Overview

This is a junior-level inside sales and student counselling role focused on converting inbound enquiries into successful enrollments through WhatsApp communication, phone calls, and structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound WhatsApp chats and calls from prospective students
• Counsel candidates on course structure, certification value, and career outcomes
• Follow up with leads to convert enquiries into enrollments
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and lead-tracking records
• Meet daily and weekly conversion targets
• Adhere strictly to company-approved communication, pricing, and compliance policies

The IT Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for working on assigned projects and technical initiatives in an efficient/effective manner.  The IT Infrastructure Analyst must possess a high degree of technical knowledge regarding server & storage systems and associated technology tools for managing them.

The individual is expected to be able to manage and support infrastructure systems as necessary, perform troubleshooting, build new systems, and monitor data center environments.

Must have:

8-12 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management

Expertise in Dell Server Environments (Dell Hardware & Management system - Open Manage)

Expertise in VMWare (Vcentre setup and management)

Expertise in Windows server and storage

Expertise in EMC (now Dell) SAN and NAS devices

Good Linux skills (basic troubleshooting skills on Linux servers CentOS)

Good networking skills (troubleshooting skills)

Familiarity with Data Center Environmentals (Power, UPS, Cooling etc.)

Good to have:

• Experience with hyper-converged infrastructure such as Nutanix
• Experience and familiarity with Dell networking technology.
