Reporting Structure: Reporting to Business Head/ MD

Work Description:

1. Achieving monthly sales targets.

2. Developing new clients, finalizing & closing the deal with them.

3. Follow up for inquiries with clients. / (Resolve client inquiries.)

4. Calculation of rates (taking rates from brokers & suppliers, adding margin, cost of fund and other factors to give competitive offers)

5. Make competitive & prepare accurate quotations.

6. Negotiation with clients, brokers for order and negotiate rates with suppliers.

7. Check material availability and coordinate with the Suppliers Team.

8. Monitor purchases are done at the lowest rates with better credit terms and good quality.

9. Monitoring on the planning of delivery, arrangement of transport and other charges

10. Follow up for delivery with supplier’s team and coordinating with customers

11. Delivery material on time with quality requirements of the client.

12. Monitoring of dispatches of sales bills on time with proper supporting documents and also monitoring & managing bill processing systems.

13. Recovery on daily basis

14. Follow up on Debit Note for delay payment.

15. Updating the market trends daily

16. Managing any dispute related to purchase, sales on priority.

18. Providing training to Juniors as & when required.

19. Updating and managing of Client data like Name, Nature of business, no of sites, key persons & Purchase person's Contact details along with email address.

20. Monitoring Juniors work activity.

22. Ensure timely resolution of queries or complaints of Supervises, clients & transport person etc.

23. MIS Reports: updating the required report from seniors

24. Assessment will be done by business head on completion of every quarter

Senior Laravel / PHP Full Stack Developer - Work from Home/ Remote Role

The right candidate will:

• Have developed integrations or applications using the Laravel Framework and Microservices.
• Develop deep functional integrations between applications using publicly documented APIs.
• Have a strong experience using tools like Postman to consume APIs from Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, Infusionsoft, Xero, Quickbooks, Shopify, Procore, simPRO, or similar apps.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Understand business requirements based on spec sheets and build deep functional integrations
• Work well with the existing team of developers
• Have demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including PHP Laravel framework, Angular, NodeJs
• Experience with SOAP, REST, and other APIs
• Experience with OAuth, Managing Security, and access tokens, encryption, Single Sign-On.

• Ownership of site MES system and provide support to the users for having uninterrupted operations at shop floor using MES
• Set up a fully functional service desk, responsible and accountable for MES support for execution excellence.
• Understand and develop expertise on FTPS- Werum PAS|X application 
• Design and simulate Master Batch Records on PAS|X application or Rockwell FTPS platform
• Understand SAP system and interface scenarios between SAP and MES systems
• Liaise between internal teams and external project teams and ensure task completion
• Responsible for the entire MES system through its lifecycle  and the associated peripherals used 
• Responsible for new project implementation and upgrade projects from requirement gathering stage to qualification and final delivery
• Understanding of 21CFR Part11 requirements for computerized systems and Computer system validation concepts.
• Understand end to the end production process of API Manufacturing
• Provide functional guidance to users working on the application
• Define hardware requirements for implementation of MES system
• Responsible for preparation and execution of MES administration SOPs and roles of a system administrator.
• Coordinating with the vendor support team for issue corrections and implementing corrections/ enhancements and version upgrade of Application in accordance with qualification standards and SOPs
• Interact with the business users to gather, understand the business needs; analyses process documents, analyses workflows, conduct workshops & surveys in order to document the project scope and business requirements
• Works with architects and business partners to identify technical solutions for business process improvements; Solution the client requirements balancing the value proposition and scope.
