Job Description – Technical Lead (Java Spring Boot + Angular)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong experience in Java Spring Boot and Angular to lead a team of developers for a client project based out of Whitefield, Bangalore. The role requires hands-on development, design, architecture understanding, code review, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 9 developers and provide technical guidance.
• Perform hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular.
• Drive solution design, code quality, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with the client’s product owners and architects.
• Conduct code reviews, technical grooming, and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of modules with high quality.
• Mentor team members and support them in solving technical blockers.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Strong front-end experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) is an added advantage.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Having around 10+ years of Experience in IT industry in Software Development.
• Having strong Python full stack developer.
• Having work Experience in OpenStack,Ansible, Shellscript, Chef, Puppet, Docker,ELK,OpenTSDB, Kafka, Zookeeper, Grafan
• Having work experience in SDN/NFV
• Having work experience in AWS,AZURE Cloud
• Experience in Python, HTML, CSS
• Having work experience in Open source and Open Flow Controller(SDN).
• Having work experience in Zabbix, Nagiso, OpenNMs Monitoring tool.
• Experience in Aglie methodology.
• Having work experience in Type1&Type2 Hypervisors and KVM.
• Having good knowledge on OOP'S concepts and Django ORM.
• Good Knowledge on MySQL ,Postgresql, HDFS, Timeseries
• Basic Knowledge on Javascript and Jquery.
• Good Knowledge on ONOS,OpenKilda,Mininet.
• Having work experience in SDN/NFV, Orchestration
• Having work experience in Supply Chain Management system.
• Having work experience in MVT/MVC architecture.
• Having good knowledge networks, devices, service modeling and automation in systems.
• Having work experience on API & JSON implementation.
• Good Understanding of Software Development (i.e. SDLC)
• Good team player enthusiastic and quick learner
• Good interpersonal skill, commitment, result oriented with a quest and learn new technologies and understanding challenging tasks

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Work on an intranet portal for excellent employee user experience and productivity using Java full stack tools (React/Angular + Java (Spring boot)
2. Support Web App built for employee IT Applications provisioning process.
3. Take static design components and develop solutions to elevate work into engaging digital experiences.
4. Collaborate with the team to build backend code and integrations as needed.
5. Develop user interfaces that are standards-compliant, cross-browser compatible, and performance-optimized.
6. Create and maintain a repository of common and reusable code.
7. Develop and maintain documentation for code.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or Angular with willingness to explore React)
2. 6+ years of experience in Java full stack web app development
3. Familiarity with developing custom components as well as using component libraries such as MUI/Bootstrap/Ant Design
4. Comfortable navigating inside a UNIX/Linux environment
5. Ability to write REST APIs and consume with AJAX calls
6. Experience with Java/ Core Java
