Role Overview

We are hiring Software Engineers with strong experience in Java Spring Boot and Angular to work on enterprise-level applications at the client office in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Build interactive front-end modules using Angular.
• Collaborate with the lead, QA, and product team for high-quality delivery.
• Understand requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing.
• Fix bugs, optimize code, and improve application performance.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong coding skills in Java 8+, Spring Boot, RESTful API development.
• Experience working with Angular.
• Good understanding of Microservices concepts.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and build tools.
• Familiarity with cloud services is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Note: One technical round is mandatory to be taken F2F from office.

• A Java Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the full stack of an application using Java programming language
• They are expected to have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, as well as the ability to integrate the two
• Key responsibilities include: Design, develop, and maintain both client-side and server-side applications

mavQ is seeking a motivated Lead FullStack Developer to join our team. You will be an integral member of the Professional Services team dedicated to work on the recently acquired mavQ’s Electronic Research Administration products built on a REST based Java platform running in Tomcat. The work is about 70% implementation and new development and 30% maintenance.

Skills Required:

• At least 7 years of experience with Frontend and Backend Technologies.
• Experience in Java, Spring, API Integration, Angular, Frontend Development.
• Ability to work with caching systems such as Redis.
• Good understanding of cloud computing & Distributed systems.

• Experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript is a must.
• Open source framework experience such as Angular (1.* & 2), Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, jQuery, MySQL, and Linux is required.

• Experience in development in a CI/CD environment and familiarity with CI/CD tools is required.
