Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST-based web services utilizing Java micro services web frameworks (Spring Boot)
• Apply design principles and patterns in creating enterprise level solutions, as needed
• Perform web services tuning and performance testing
• Implement unit tests as needed
• Support front-end developers in leveraging web services
• Automate/script common developer tasks, continually optimize personal and team workflows
• Infrastructure setup and configuration
• Engage in code review and feedback process
• Take a feature from inception to completion independently across the stack
• Collaborate with teammates on proposed UX/UI and provide feedback as needed
• Participate in and support the entire SDLC processes

Requirements

• Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring JPA & Hibernate
• Relational data modelling concepts and experience in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
• Adopted opinionated RESTful web services design patterns
• Microservices-based application architecture
• Application containerization technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-vendor implementations (AWS, Azure, other)
• Other modern technologies relevant to the technology stack defined here
• Javascript ES6 or later
• React
• Git

1. Own product development - This includes setting up and managing weekly sprints to deliver on product goals
2. Work closely with product management to define project scope, priorities, and timelines
3. Highly technical, hands-on hacker and an effective people manager.

14. Review and optimize app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively. 
15. An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology

Our technology stack is sane and the role requires strong demonstrated experience and understanding of the below technologies:

Qualification

1. Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science). 
2. Or else, you should be programming from 12. For us, the latter is better as it shows you have a programming mindset. We will find you faster if you specify the latter in some manner. :) 
3.  3-6 years of relevant work experience. 
4. Proficient understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React Js, Node.js 
5. React Hooks and Lifecycle methods: In-depth understanding is necessary
6. Redux: Should be able to create, update and manage
7. Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS. 
8. Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript,TypeScript, JavaScript frameworks , including jQuery, MySQL & NoSQL. 
9. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
10. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Bitbucket / SVN.
11. Experience working and building RESTful APIs.

• Work across the stack from a code commit to running it in production, with the end goal of delivering the best possible experience for the user
• Design, develop and test features from inception to rollout

Mandatory skills:

• Familiar with PHP or Ruby or NodeJS. Strong experience in Laravel and/or ReactJS a plus

• Comfortable working in an Agile highly dynamic start-up environment
