Full Stack Developer

We’re reimagining how users interact with SaaS products and looking for a founding engineer to help build the first version from zero alongside a founder with experience building at HubSpot, Asana, and Datadog.

Role

We are hiring a Founding Engineer with strong frontend, product, and design instincts. You will work directly with the founder to shape the product, prototype quickly, make architecture decisions, think through user problems, and turn an early thesis into a working product.

The ideal person is a builder — someone who can move from an ambiguous idea to prototype, from prototype to usable product, and from usable product to scalable architecture. You should be excited by the opportunity to change how users interact with software and, eventually, the internet itself.

What You’ll Build

You will help build the first version of our core product, including:

• An SDK powered by frontier AI models and modern product experience protocols
• Backend services with rules, resolution logic and intent inference
• Early prototypes that help us test different wedges with customers
• Production-ready systems as the product direction becomes clearer

This role will likely span React, TypeScript, Next.js, backend APIs, databases, event tracking, and AI-assisted workflows.

Required Experience

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated ability
• Strong frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript
• Ability to design clean, scalable frontend component architecture
• Experience with backend APIs and databases
• Experience taking ambiguous product ideas and turning them into working software

Strong Plus

• Experience building 0-to-1 products
• Experience at an early-stage startup

What Success Looks Like

In the first 30 days, you will:

• Understand our thesis, target customer, and product direction
• Help refine the first product wedge

• Ship the first usable product prototype

Job Description:

• 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience as a Developer in financial services
• Experience with C#/.NET
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and AWS Cloud technologies is a plus
• Experience with databases such as MSSQL and MongoDB is a plus

Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Responsibilities

Creating Websites using standard HTML/CSS practices

Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

Programming, designing and developing content management systems, web services/APIs, backend and administration system using PHP/MySQL/JavaScript and open-source Frameworks Eg Laravel, CodeIgniter, Zend, Yii, and Slim etc.

Design application architecture design and maintain MY SQL databases & Tablets 

Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software 

Write technical documentation

Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

Requirements

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

Experience in web design and understanding of modern web designing tools like Axure, Marvel, or Figma 

Debugging, Troubleshooting and analytical and logical skills.

Familiarity with common stacks

Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XHTML)

Knowledge of Microservices Architecture

Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, AJAX), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in the development of scalable scale web applications.
• Proven experience in Full stack web development using Typescript, Angular1,2,4+, HTML5 and CSS3, Microservice API development, and experience in PHP/Python/Laravel and MVC frameworks is a must.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, Code Analysis, and Test automation is preferred.

Role: Full Stack Java Developer

 Requirements:

• Tech\ B.E. (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science\ Computer Engineering)
• At least 5 years of Java Development experience with knowledge of Java EE technologies and Spring framework. (Core, SpringBoot, JDBC, JMS, MVC etc.)
• Strong experience in building Restful services, Micro services and Web application (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) development
• Strong experience with one or more web technologies like JQuery, Angular, FreeMarker, React etc.
• Strong experience in building front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Experience with Tomcat and WebLogic servers
• Experience with Eclipse/STS, Mule ESB, SOAP UI, Swagger, Postman etc.
