We are building a hybrid learning platform to cater to a broad spectrum of well-being needs by introducing contemplative wisdom practices into the workplace.

All Llamas have some terrific abilities! You will have…

• 1 - 2+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Comfortable in working with WordPress, React/Vue, Python, and PHP.
• Worked with multiple of the UI libraries.
• Understanding of version control systems.
• Comfortable in switching different technologies both in front end and back end.
• Good understanding with different types of databases.
• Knows the best practices of the technology, worked on.
• Experienced in using Figma, canva or similar designing tools

All Llamas also have some terrific response-abilities!

For starters you will…

• Develop the current wordpress website.
• Develop the current product ecosystem.
• Co develop AI tools and different integrations for multiple platforms.
• Explore possible technologies to integrate in Llama’s Tech ecosystem.
• Contributes to the open source projects that we use in any form.
• Document the project as you build.
• Utilize Project management tools
• Create training resources for future team members

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Development of features and modules of Great Manager Certification product
• Engagement in new innovations within the core products and various extensions of the core product
• Solving coding-related problems of the junior software developers in the team
• Mentoring and supporting new techies, helping create a team of rockstar developers

Who Should Apply?

• Candidates with 5+ years overall experience in full-stack software development
• Hands-on MEAN Stack is required
• Strong understanding of latest full-stack technologies and their strengths, shortcomings, and applicability to the Company’s context
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Integrity, with an ability to handle sensitive information
• Drive to build something. The role is not for those seeking comfort, stability and a strict 9-5 schedule. Building market leadership is not an easy path. Motivation and speed are essential qualifying criteria

• Developing front end website architectur
• Developing back end website applications

• Creating servers and databases for functionality
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
• Designing and developing APIs
• Staying up to date in web applications and programming languages
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process ( development and deployment)
• Write maintainable/scalable/efficient code.
• Design and architect technical solutions for the business problems
• Developing mobile application
• Working on Progressive Web App (PWA), Accelerated Mobile Pages(AMP)
• Working on PHP framework like laravel and codeigniter
• Working on web optimization tool like grunt/gulp.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• PHP, Mysql, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, Jquery
• Need excellent working knowledge on creating a responsive website and any PHP framework like Laravel or codeigniter

• It will be added advantage if you know angularjs1/ angularjs/ reactjs and web optimization tool like grunt/gulp
