About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated React Fresher Developers who are passionate about building modern, scalable web applications. If you have completed a full-stack or React development course and are eager to apply your skills in real-world projects, we would love to hear from you.

Mandatory Requirements

Completed a 6-month structured certification program in one of the following:

• Full-Stack Development (MERN / MEAN / Django + React)
• React.js Development

Solid understanding of:

• React fundamentals (Hooks, Props, State, Components)
• Modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• REST APIs and asynchronous data handling
• Git / GitHub (basic usage acceptable)
• At least one completed academic or internship project demonstrating your coding skills.

Preferred / Bonus Advantage

Experience with chatbots or AI-powered conversational interfaces is a plus. This could include:

• Platforms / frameworks like Dialogflow, RASA, IBM Watson, Botpress, or OpenAI API
• Custom chatbot development using Node.js or Python
• A project demonstrating chatbot integration or implementation

Note: A chatbot-related project or feature will be considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and interactive UI components using React.js and modern front-end technologies
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and contribute to product features
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

NOTE: Laptop with high speed internet is mandatory and the candidate must be based in Chennai.

Senior Front End Engineer (React.js & React Native - Mobile Experience)

Fulfil’s software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how millions of customer orders are fulfilled by merchants. Our products need to handle information at a massive scale. We're looking for engineers who bring fresh ideas from all areas into our technology.

As a Front End software engineer, you will work on the ReactJS & React Native (Mobile Experience) powered user interface used by Fulfil merchants to manage their back-office operations. This is mission critical software and your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) & React Native (Mobile Experience). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the rest of the team working on different layers of infrastructure in an international environment. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality are important.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a small yet extraordinarily talented team of engineers to implement front-end technologies
• Develop new user-facing features using React.js & React Native (Mobile Experience)
• Work closely with the Design and Product teams to translate complex technical workflows into delightful user experiences

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (2-4 Years of experience), including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc
• The ability to bring any design to life with HTML and CSS, with cross browser compatibility and accessibility
• Smarts, humility, communication skills, and equal willingness to teach and learn
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Experience in developing large client side JavaScript applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering with 3+ years experience.
• Strong knowledge in HTML5, CSS, SASS/Bootstrap, OOP JavaScript, JQuery & AJAX are preferred.
• Strong knowledge in developing responsive web app, designing models (JSON) and (Server communication (REST APIs) are preferred.
• Strong knowledge in modern Frontend frameworks & libraries like Angular, Redux + React are preferred.
• Strong Knowledge in HTML templates and modern templating technologies are preferred.
• Strong knowledge in modern libraries like React is preferred.
• Knowledge of NodeJS, NPM packages is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of Gulp, Bower is a plus.
