Job Title : Lead Web App Developer – Frontend

Experience : 10+ Years

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days in office)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to build and maintain responsive, cloud-based web applications. This role involves developing efficient user interfaces using React.js, collaborating closely with UX and backend teams, and ensuring high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Create and maintain web applications using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaboration: Work with UX designers to deliver excellent user experiences and ensure seamless backend integration.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while staying updated with modern practices.
• Build & Deployment: Manage build pipelines with Jenkins, deploy to CDNs, and leverage GCP for scalable solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Implement JavaScript frameworks and libraries for web analytics and use Git for version control.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js frameworks.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to RDBMS and SQL (preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of developers.
• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science or related fields.

Notice Period: 30 days preferred

Interview Process:

1. Technical Round: Online technical assessment (1 hour).
2. Face-to-Face Interview: In-person interview with the team at the Bengaluru office (3 hours).
3. Final Round: Online interview with the CEO (30 minutes).

Additional Information:

• Candidates from Bengaluru or willing to relocate are preferred.
• F2F interview attendance on a weekday is mandatory.

• Should adhere to SDLC processes and Oracle standard documentation /Operating Procedures
• Develop Reports, Charts and Forms using built-in UI components
• Add HTML5 and CSS3 scripting to improve the User Interface thereby providing a better user experience
• Include custom scripting (JavaScript/JQuery/AJAX) as per the business requirement
• Prepare Test cases/reports. Perform Unit , Peer and System Testing on the same
• Inspect / Debug the code logic using the browser developer tools
• Deploy Authentication and Authorization for the modules as per requirement
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design (Not mandatory)
• Migrate application and DB objects from DEV to TEST/PROD environments.
• Mandatory to work from Bosch Bangalore office from the start

About the Job:

H1 seeks front-end developers with experience on React, UX and responsive layout for our development team

In this role, you will report directly to the CTO

Agile based organization, with bi-weekly sprints on long-term project

Responsibilities:

• Build an extraordinary tech product (software) from an user centric perspective, for all the different actors involved with the organization and in direct contact with the technology (clients, management, finance, risk/operations team, commercial team, marketing, etc.) 
• Working with the CTO to build the roadmap and agile based organization required.
• Receive and react to product feedback from all internal and external stakeholders
• Create and optimize company web applications
• Product KPIs, and product releases on a recurring basis
• Producing reports to monitor level of usability, engagement, etc. (product metrics and analytics)

Build large scale web applications with Single Page Applications (SPA) architecture.

Experience to develop MV(C) based front end frameworks.
