We, Dotball, are developing a comprehensive fan engagement platform for cricket. We have just launched our fantasy gaming platform @ dotball.com . We are based out of Bangalore. We require full-time front-end and mobile app developers to build and extend our platform (0-2 years experience), starting on or before August 20th, not later. Following is the job description in detail: We are looking for a HTML,CSS , React & React Native Developers who will create engaging web and mobile applications from creatively designed UI's using the React library. Your primary responsibility will be the implementation of visual elements and their behaviors with user interactions and ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. You will be defining how the application looks and functions by working with both the front-end and back-end developers 1.A front-end developer who is proficient with HTML, CSS & ReactJS (Redux or Flex)  2.Strong hands on experience in developing robust web application with javascript (ES2015 preferable)  3. Architect and implement our Android or iOS apps (using React Native) 4.Know the basics of bundling tools like webpack, grunt or gulp  5.Familiar with concepts like Isomorphic web apps , state management, push state, local storage, and promises  6.Sufficient knowledge on git. Note : The requirement is applicable for individuals whose expertise lies in just web or mobile development or both. Why Dotball? I need not try to sell the startup experience. Roles and Responsibilities

• Working with designers, product managers to collaboratively own the front-end layer at FalconBrick and deliver stellar end user experiences
• Building responsive and elegant mobile and desktop web UIs
• Test, debug and maintain the application software throughout the product lifecycle
• Architect, develop and maintain front-end libraries

Desired Candidate Profile

• You love working with JavaScript and are very familiar with JavaScript design patterns and can build fairly complex UI
• Have at least 2 years experience in development of responsive web/mobile applications using advanced JS and web technologies
• And with at least 1 year of experience building frontend UI with a framework like ReactJS
• Youre very comfortable in writing HTML and CSS and love designing beautiful webpages
• Have good communication skills, strong work ethics And are comfortable with agile, iterative development practices and code reviews

• Build world class Webapps for the Ola Electric ecosystem.
• Work on a full product development lifecycle from requirement gathering, product design, development, to roll out and maintenance
• Effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders including product and design
• Own the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end 
• Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure) and code modularity, extensibility, quality
• Experience in building Websites from Scratch is a big plus
