Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in developing frontends for Websites, based on Web-Content-Management-Systems to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the frontend of complex corporate Websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain frontend components for websites using state of the art web standards as Vue/Nuxt, React/Next or Web Components.

Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration and data flow.

Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast loading and smooth user interactions.

Implement best practices for web accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.

Ensure responsive design and mobile-first principles are consistently applied.

Maintain high-quality coding standards, documentation, and unit testing. 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with expertise in Web-CMS-Projects.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript (Vue/Nuxt, React/Next or Web Components).

Familiarity with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/Yarn).

Experience in UI/UX best practices and component-based design using atomic design principles and design systems.

Excellent understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and frontend performance optimization.

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Years of Experience:

3-5 years of frontend development experience in the context of Websites and Web-CMS.

UI Developer :

Experience in developing Web Applications/websites using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap4 or above is essential

Experience in CSS preprocessors like Less, Sass

Experience in developing Responsive and Mobile First design products/websites using wireframes & mock-ups is essential

Experience in tailwind CSS is a must (config, create custom util function)

Experience in the latest design principles and animations is essential

Experience in Photoshop / Sketch tools and collaborative products like Invision / Figma is desirable

A fair understanding of JavaScript programming / Jquery is essential

Experience in working with React

Good knowledge of web standards and SEO principles is desirable

• You will be part of a growing high functional team, responsible for delivering various frontend products to the end-users. Simplifying complex workflow and make it easy for the end-users.
• The team designs and develops various products from - financial apps targeted to invoice users, data-heavy app oriented to operational and support teams, a productivity app for sales teams,
• SDK that will be integrated into third-party apps, etc.
• You will work with business, product, and backend teams to work on new features and products.
• You are expected to drive the products to maximize its business impact and customer delight.

• Design and implement Single Page Applications (SPAs) using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Integrating data from various back-end services
• Develop a simple-to-use user interface for a complex product, apply new technologies, best design practices and usability patterns
• Contribute to end-to-end system architecture, working with/as cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with UX teams, product managers and other technical teams to create optimized and delightful user experiences
• Apply expertise of HTML5, bootstrap/foundation CSS frameworks
• Analyze the performance of layers in the frontend, backend and engineer designs/code to solve them
• Work with the product team to build flow and detail out the requirements
• Conversant with development for desktop and mobile browsers and hybrid apps.

• Expert in MVC like design patterns, modern JavaScript frameworks
