We move fast, experiment often, and iterate relentlessly. We are looking for a Frontend Intern who is technically curious, detail-oriented, and excited to turn high-fidelity designs into seamless digital reality.

Role Overview

We are seeking an In-Office Intern in Jaipur who is efficient in frontend development and specializes in Next.js. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between design and implementation, working closely with our UI/UX Lead to build responsive, high-performance web interfaces that reflect our premium brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Deploy: Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Design-to-Code: Translate high-fidelity Figma wireframes and prototypes into functional, pixel-perfect frontend components.
• API Integration: Integrate REST APIs and manage dynamic data rendering for investment dashboards and user portfolios.
• Performance Engineering: Assist in implementing Server-Side Rendering (SSR), static site generation, and reusable component architectures.
• Optimization: Focus on application performance, core web vitals, and basic SEO to ensure a top-tier user experience.
• Quality Control: Debug and resolve frontend issues across various devices and browsers to maintain a "trust-first" fintech experience.
• Collaboration: Work directly with our UI/UX designer and backend engineers to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoffs.
• Best Practices: Follow clean coding standards, maintain organized documentation, and participate in version control (Git) workflows.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Modern Web Tech: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Frameworks: Practical experience with React and a solid understanding of Next.js (Routing, Hooks, Data fetching).
• Styling: Proficiency in Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first styling frameworks.
• Version Control: Comfortable with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
• Design Literacy: Ability to interpret Figma files, including auto-layouts, components, and spacing systems.
• Efficiency: A proactive "builder" mindset—you enjoy solving problems and shipping code quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
• Experience with Framer Motion or CSS animations for micro-interactions.
• Interest in fintech, wealth management, or personal finance.

• Participate heavily in the brainstorming of UI/UX architecture and feature design
• Interface with external customers and key stakeholders to understand and document design requirements
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Product, UX, BD, and Infrastructure teams
• Drive best coding practices across the company (i.e. documentation, code reviews, coding standards, etc)
• Perform security, legal, and license reviews of committed code
• Complete projects with little or no supervision from senior leadership

• Must have at least 2+ years experience in front-end web development with the following tools: HTML5, CSS, Webpack, Responsive web design, ReactJS (Components, Router, Redux, Flux, Chart Libraries i.e. Google Charts), Node.js, REST APIs, and other essential features)
• Built and deployed customer-facing services and products at scale
• Developed unit and integration tests
• Solid instruction-level understanding of Object Oriented design, data structures, and software engineering principles

• You have a strong background in natural language processing, statistical modeling, and/or machine learning
• Experience with open source projects in a startup environment
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems that have thousands of microservices and manages millions of transactions per day
• Worked on products where experimentation and data science are core to the development
• Experience with Python and API frameworks (Flask)
• BS, MS or equivalent

Knowledge and Skills:

• Writing semantic, modern, and accessible HTML mark-up.
• ReactJS (v17),Type Script, HTML, CSS
• Organizing and writing modular, well-structured CSS.
• Mastery of turning complex mock-ups into performant components/pages.
• Strong familiarity with Vanilla JS and up to date with the latest TypeScript features.
• Experience with writing scalable and performant code for a high-traffic website.
• Experience and/or knowledge of both Object Oriented Programming and Functional Programming principles.
• Willingness and desire to learn new and legacy frameworks.
• CSS pre-processing via SCSS.
• Experience with JS frameworks such as React, Redux, Backbone, or Marionette.
• Experience with Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery.

We are looking for an experienced UI Developer to work with us as a freelancer. You will be part of the core development team working on state-of-the-art advanced cloud-based technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand and improve the user experience across the site

- Make web apps responsive and pixel perfect

- Perform unit testing and automation testing of the features developed

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Proficient and good experience in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Typescript, Bootstrap 4, React.js.

- 4-8 years of relevant working experience

- Strong understanding of Object-oriented concepts and ECMA2015 standards

- Experience in identifying and implementing page performance improvements

- Attention to detail, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Passion for quality and engineering excellence at scale and code quality

- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
