Front-end Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Build modular, scalable component architectures.
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and handle asynchronous data flows.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
• Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams in Agile environments.
• Continuously research and apply modern frontend best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.).
• Experience consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a highly experienced Angular Developer to join Deqode’s frontend engineering team. You will be responsible for creating dynamic and responsive applications using Angular best practices and frameworks

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance enterprise-grade web applications using Angular.
• Translate design wireframes into high-quality code.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for modular development.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure application stability.
• Collaborate with backend developers and designers.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Angular (v9+), TypeScript, RxJS, and Angular CLI.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, SCSS, CSS3, and responsive UI design.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jasmine/Karma.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to write maintainable, modular, and testable code.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of development experience in Angular.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced Agile environment.

As a member of the development group, you will be primarily responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the product:  

• Help define and create full stack architecture and deployment using React- Django-AWS in an agile environment with lots of ownership and active mentoring 
• Work with the Product and Design teams to build new features to solve business problems and fill business needs 
• Participate in code reviews to create robust and maintainable code 
• Work in an agile environment where quick iterations and good feedback are a way of life 
• Interact with other stakeholders for requirement, design discussions and for adoption of new features 

• Communicate and coordinate with our support and professional services teams to solve customer issues 
• Help scale our platform as we expand our product across various markets and verticals globally

What are we looking for?

• 1+ yr experience with React JS & React Web UI

Experience

• 1-3 Years work experience in Frontend
• Experience working with libraries/frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, DurandalJS, etc.

• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3. Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues & ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tool - GIT
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
