● A great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js (preferred).

● Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing

them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

● You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to

maintain.

● You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the

infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated

design, and a quality product is important.

● Generating error-free code and compliance with SOW

● Managing development processes & working notes

● Growing technical skills and being an active part of the technical transformation in the company

● When required manage client communication for projects assigned

● Reporting on project activities and ensuring timely completion of projects/assignments

● Guiding Jr. Developers for the completion of their work

Desired Candidate Profile

Primary Skills :

● Hands-on experience in React.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and People Management.

Responsibilities 
- Develop new user-facing features

Skills And Qualifications 
- 2+ years of experience in ReactJS and Redux 
- 1+ completed project of reasonable size using server-side rendering 
- Knowledge of Preact is a plus 
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS 
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX 
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

DESCRIPTION-

We are looking for a great Frontend developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

REQUIREMENTS-

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and sockets
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM,etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning tools
• Experience with PWAs and React Native is a huge plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively work with UX team, product managers, back-end engineers and other technical teams to create new, delightful and scalable UI
• Mentor junior members through training and individual support
• Responsible for all front end development on a project
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Proactively learn and accordingly apply new technologies, best design practices and usability patterns

The ideal candidate must - 

• 5+ years of experience working with React or React-based frameworks
• Proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance testing
• Proficiency in Git and version control
• Considerable experience with a testing framework (Jest/Mocha)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT Tokens
• Good understanding of common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Yarn etc
• Hands-on experience with CSS-in-JS libraries
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Keen to learn, mentor and willingness to take ownership of work items
• Possess strong communication and self-accountability
