About the Role

We at AkbarTravels.com are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across digital, brand, and performance channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign planning, customer acquisition, content strategies, and driving measurable growth outcomes. This role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across teams including Product, CRM, Design, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute the annual/quarterly marketing plan to drive brand growth and revenue.
• Identify new opportunities across channels—digital, partnerships, social, SEO, CRM.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

2. Digital & Performance Marketing

• Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate Networks, and Display.
• Work with internal and external teams/agencies to optimize ROI, reduce CAC, and scale profitable campaigns.
• Track performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.

3. Social Media & Content

• Oversee content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan monthly content calendars, creatives, reels, and engagement-driven campaigns.
• Manage influencer collaborations and community-building initiatives.

4. CRM, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

• Work closely with the CRM team to design journeys and automation using tools like CleverTap, WebEngage, or MoEngage.
• Support retention initiatives such as emailers, push notifications, SMS campaigns, and loyalty programs.

5. Campaign Execution & Coordination

• Coordinate with Product, Design, Tech, and Holiday/Flight teams for marketing requirements.
• Lead seasonal campaign strategy (e.g., long-weekend sales, festival offers, big travel events).
• Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent customer experience.

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Create weekly/monthly marketing performance dashboards.
• Analyze data from GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools to generate insights.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent. (MBA preferred)
• 4–6+ years of hands-on marketing experience in travel, e-commerce, OTA, consumer tech, or similar verticals.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid campaigns, CRM, and analytics.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CleverTap/WebEngage, and social media analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and creative briefing skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and vendors simultaneously.
• Passion for travel and customer-focused marketing.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and by understanding their needs.

Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and sales strategies.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and market feedback.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's offerings.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.

Provide feedback to senior management on market trends, competition, and customer feedback to help shape the company's strategic direction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.

Strong understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

Synapsica is looking for a Principal AI Researcher to lead and drive AI based research and development efforts. Ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Computer Vision and AI Research, either through studies or industrial R&D projects and should be excited to work on advanced exploratory research and development projects in computer vision and machine learning to create the next generation of advanced radiology solutions.

The role involves computer vision tasks including development customization and training of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs); application of ML techniques (SVM, regression, clustering etc.), and traditional Image Processing (OpenCV, etc.). The role is research-focused and would involve going through and implementing existing research papers, deep dive of problem analysis, frequent review of results, generating new ideas, building new models from scratch, publishing papers, automating and optimizing key processes. The role will span from real-world data handling to the most advanced methods such as transfer learning, generative models, reinforcement learning, etc., with a focus on understanding quickly and experimenting even faster. Suitable candidate will collaborate closely both with the medical research team, software developers and AI research scientists. The candidate must be creative, ask questions, and be comfortable challenging the status quo. The position is based in our Bangalore office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Interface between product managers and engineers to design, build, and deliver AI models and capabilities for our spine products.
• Formulate and design AI capabilities of our stack with special focus on computer vision.
• Strategize end-to-end model training flow including data annotation, model experiments, model optimizations, model deployment and relevant automations
• Lead teams, engineers, and scientists to envision and build new research capabilities and ensure delivery of our product roadmap.
• Organize regular reviews and discussions.
• Keep the team up-to-date with latest industrial and research updates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in solving complex real-world problems at scale using computer vision-based deep learning.
• Prior experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Prior experience with Python, cuDNN, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, Caffe (or similar Deep Learning frameworks).
• Extensive understanding of computer vision/image processing applications like object classification, segmentation, object detection etc
• Ability to write custom Convolutional Neural Network Architecture in Pytorch (or similar)
• Background in publishing research papers and/or patents 
• Computer Vision and AI Research background in medical domain will be a plus
• Experience of GPU/DSP/other Multi-core architecture programming

Minimum requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably  CS  or related discipline  
• 3+ years experience working in Unix/Linux environments building web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in developing and deploying cloud based Python/Postgresql applications preferably using frameworks such as Django
• Experience with design and development of moderately complex software projects
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with version control software such as Git

Desired  requirements 

• 5+ years of overall relevant work experience
• Experience building apps using React/React-Native
• Basic understanding of AWS cloud
