Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of architectural concepts, layouts, and presentations.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for proposals and documentation.
• Assist in creating working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams for design revisions.
• Participate in site visits for measurements and inspections.
• Maintain drawing documentation, revisions, and reports.
• Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and project guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Arch degree.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Rhino is a plus.
• Basic understanding of materials, detailing, and construction methods.
• Strong design sense and visualization ability.
• Good communication, time management, and willingness to learn.

5+ years of Experience designing, building and testing Java EE applications  

Experience designing, implementing, and integrating Spring and/or Spring Boot 

Good knowledge in recent version of Java, Oracle, JBoss, Hibernate  

Experience in working with Messaging systems like Apache Kafka  

Developing low level designs based on HLD  

Reviewing code to check coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.  

Hands on knowledge in Unit testing Framework like Junit and good understanding on Exception Handling in Java  

Good Knowledge in UI like React or Angular  

Experience designing SOAP / RESTful web services  

Working on bug fixing and improving application performance  

Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle.  

Familiar with various design and architectural patterns  

Familiarity with continuous integration

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development & execution of our core product offerings.

• Own & execute critical features end-to-end and work directly with the founding team to drive customer impact
