Job description:
1. Coordination & Ownership
Act as the primary bridge between field engineers and internal leadership teams.
Ensure all field activities, customer requests, and escalations are tracked, aligned, and closed.
Anticipate gaps in execution before they turn into customer issues.
2. Customer Understanding & Expectation Management
Develop a deep understanding of what the customer actually wants, not just what they say.
Read between the lines during discussions to identify unstated risks, expectations, or dissatisfaction.
Ensure customer requirements are clearly translated into actionable internal tasks.
3. Data Analysis & Forecasting
Analyze service, usage, performance, and operational data to identify trends and patterns.
Build post-forecasting and predictive insights to highlight potential risks, delays, or escalations in advance.
Present data-backed insights to leadership for proactive decision-making.
4. Documentation & Process Discipline
Maintain high-quality documentation for customer interactions, commitments, escalations, and resolutions.
Ensure all learnings, decisions, and outcomes are recorded systematically and are easily auditable.
Create and maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards as required.
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
Listen actively, ask the right questions, and summarize conversations with clarity and accuracy.
Escalate issues with context, not noise—bring solutions, not just problems.
6. Multitasking & Prioritization
Handle multiple customers, internal teams, and timelines without losing control.
Prioritize tasks based on customer impact, urgency, and business risk.
Required Skills & Competencies
•Strong data analysis and interpretation skills (Excel, CRM, dashboards, reports).
•Proven ability in forecasting, prediction, and trend analysis.
•High attention to detail with a strong bias for documentation and process discipline.
•Excellent communication and listening skills—both written and verbal.
•Ability to think analytically and connect dots across conversations, data, and outcomes.

Min 2 to 4 Years of experience in C# and ASP.NET, Web application development.
