Job Responsibilities:

● Responsible for ensuring seamless guest experience.

● Take ownership of guest issues and follow problems through to resolution.

● Make decisions that are in the best interest of the company and the guests.

● Meet and maintain Vista standards and metrics such as guest satisfaction, accuracy, and efficiency.

● Provide guidance or assistance during the stay, post-booking to check-out, grievance handling and provide timely solutions.

● Ensuring timely collection of feedback post guests' stay.

● Reporting any damage of the property to the property operation team.

● Ensure closing of current guest tickets before next arrival.

● Generating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on service or guest experience.

● Ensure collection of extra payments during the stay.

● Keep up with the industry’s developments and apply best practices to the areas of improvement.

● Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.

● Adhere to and manage the approved budget.

● Responsible for Managing and training the team.

Qualification and Experience:

● Bachelor/ Master's degree in hospitality studies or related field with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in guest handling or managing guest experience.

The Role

Provides project leadership to team on small to medium-sized projects in areas such as product development, research, process development and organizational development. Work collaboratively with Project Management Leader to run the projects smoothly and Keeps management and stakeholders informed of schedules, priorities, and problems. Prepares and executes translation projects. Does not typically have management responsibilities such as hiring, performance appraisals, and pay reviews; however, may assist with such decisions and activities.

• Leads project team to ensure that projects are completed on time and according to requirements.
• Continuously monitors progress and risks and promptly acts to resolve issues, escalating if needed.
• Facilitates communication upward and across project teams including project status, risks, justifications for variances.
• Serves as a focal point for other departments on project status or other project information.
• Develops, maintains and communicates Project Plans and executes projects according to the developed plans.
• Performs Internationalization and translation project intakes and coordinates findings with development teams.
• Performs technical translation project preparations, project execution and translation deliveries.
• Assigns project team and/or ensures that the project team assigned has skills and qualifications needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering or computer science, or equivalent.
• Overall 5 - 7 Years of experience in Project management.
• Required 2-5 years of technical experience in software development and/or software project management and/or translation project management.
• Ability to prioritize projects and activities to ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Good management skills with knowledge of software translation processes and their interdependence.
• Good knowledge of translation processes like technical preparation, translation execution, QA.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, decision making and communications skills.
• Excellent skills in presentation/spreadsheet/collaboration software.  
• Familiar with Project Management tools.
• Excellent English skills, verbal and written. Fluent in at least one other language.

STAGE is an OTT platform for BHARAT which serves video based entertainment in dialects (बोलयाँ). We bring traditional and new local Artists on STAGE who create content in hyperlocal genres like Ragini, Geet, Saang in dialect like haryanavi, rajasthani etc. We are on a mission to uplift the cultural roots of Bharat, by connecting/introducing dialect based content to young and adult audiences. There are 400 million ( 40 crore) Bharatwaisi who primarily speak in dialects in Bharat. We want to serve them well by providing quality content in their local culture. This is a complete remote work so good communication skills would be a strong plus for this role. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the product design function at STAGE
• Collaborate with cross functional teams like Technology, Product, Content and deliver amazing product experiences to our users
• Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes for STAGE on mobile, web and TV
• Conduct user research for discovering user insights aligned with the business goals
• Work closely with our users to understand and solve their pain points
• Contribute towards each stage of design thinking principles (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test, Scale) for our users

Requirements:

• Growth and Ownership mindset
• 3-5 year of experience in product design, UI/UX
• Hands on experience on any product design tool. Sketch or Figma preferred
• Great communication skills. Both verbal and written.
• Ability to interpret data would be an advantage since this is a B2C product
• Good problems solving skills and product sense
• Understanding of user research frameworks

• At least 3 years experience.
• Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in front end framework like Angular (preferred) or React.
