Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP installation and execution at project sites.
• Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other MEP services.
• Review MEP drawings and ensure proper site execution.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Inspect the quality of MEP installations.
• Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil and interior activities.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.

Required Skills

We are looking for experienced Project Controls Professionals with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, Earned Value Management (EVM), or risk analysis. The ideal candidates should have experience supporting engineering, construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects and be proficient in project monitoring, performance analysis, reporting, and risk mitigation.

Relevant Profiles : P6 Planner / Scheduler, Cost Control Engineer, EVM / Risk Analyst, and Project Controls Specialist.

Mandatory Skills :

Project Controls, Primavera P6, Project Planning & Scheduling, Cost Control, Budgeting & Forecasting, Earned Value Management (EVM), Risk Analysis, MS Excel, Progress Reporting, Variance Analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Define project baselines, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Track project progress, identify schedule deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor project budgets, actual costs, cost variances, and financial forecasts.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and analyze Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Earned Value (EV), Planned Value (PV), and Actual Cost (AC).
• Identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and support mitigation planning.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, performance metrics, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and project management teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Support schedule optimization, resource planning, cost forecasting, and overall project performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate project controls documentation and ensure timely reporting of project status.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in project controls, planning and scheduling, cost control, EVM, or risk analysis.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 for planning and scheduling roles.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost monitoring, variance analysis, and forecasting for cost control roles.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), project performance indicators, and risk assessment for relevant specialist roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional project teams.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in EPC, oil and gas, infrastructure, engineering, or large-scale construction projects.
• Exposure to Power BI, Microsoft Project, or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Familiarity with project controls methodologies, scheduling practices, cost management, and reporting standards.
• PMP, PMI-SP, or other relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
