ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a seasoned industry professional who has a high-performance background in ad tech business operations, partner account management & revenue optimization, team management & overall strategy driving the business. As a DSP agnostic platform, our focus is to grow the ad-exchange business while helping direct advertisers hit their KPIs.The candidate should have good analytical skills, can interpret and work with big data and should be technically inclined (coding not required) As a strategic advisor to your clients, you will have the ability to be proactive, work independently, and possess excellent customer-facing communication skills. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients and will be responsible for ensuring their success.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Own all strategic and operational aspects of client relationships, including overseeing integration and onboarding of new partners
• Use strong analysis, interpretation and independent judgment to strategize and identify revenue opportunities for PnL growth
• Liaise with internal teams like product and engineering to execute strategies and deliver custom client requirements
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service and support
• Conduct research to gather intelligence on competitor products and constantly update yourself on the ad tech landscape

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in areas mentioned.
• Proven account management experience working with top DSPs like Google DV 360/TTD/Criteo to grow their spends through company Exchange
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proactive mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to implement them.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
• Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms and technologies, such as social media advertising and ad exchanges, is a plus.

Role & responsibilities

• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Minimum 5-12 Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Forkjoin pool and other threading concepts)
• Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.
• Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).
• Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, Hashmap, HashTable, HashSet is mandate.
• Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.
• Expert level understanding of Object Oriented Concepts and Data Structures
• Good experience in Database (Sybase, Oracle or SQL Server) like indexing (clustered, non clustered), hashing, segmenting, data types like clob / blob, views (materialized), replication, constraints, functions, triggers, procedures etc.

• Handle the dual role of being the face of the brand to the customers, and the voice of the customer to the company.
• Handling customer queries related to Shvasa's products, brand, sales, payments and other related topics.
• Own the Live chat feature and inbound customer calls
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Key skills required

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Exposure to US customers, with excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done over the phone.

• Performing counseling & career guidance to working professionals via phone.

• Responsible for converting prospects into Enrollment.

• Responsible for resolving queries related to the course offered.

• Responsible for maintaining day to day reports as required.

Key Skills Required:

• Must have effective communication skills & convincing power.

• Should be comfortable for telesales/ inside sales

• Should have relevant experience in telesales/ inside sales.

• Should be at least graduate.

• Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy.
• Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies.
• Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, social updates, emails, banners, videos, etc)
• Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
• Performance monitoring and review meetings.

EXPERIENCE and SKILL SET

• Excellent knowledge of trending strategies on digital networking channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, twitter etc.)
• 2 years of experience in creative writing or copywriting/ promotional writing.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Candidate with IT background will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Deep and wide knowledge of Java ecosystem
• Can write code that is readable, maintainable, secure and performant

• Good intuition for REST API design
• Deep understanding of relational databases, transactions, entity-relationship modeling
• Comfortable writing highly concurrent systems
• Experienced in using profilers, tuning garbage collection, optimizing SQL queries

This position is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

The Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

What You’ll Do

• Strong experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on time, on-schedule and within budget close
• Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
• Strong experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
• Strong experience on documentation – Confluence or similar tools.
• Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
• Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals

• Experience in implementing complex applications with multiple work-streams across geographically distributed teams (Onshore/Offshore model).

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
