REVIEW CRITERIA:

MANDATORY:

• Top college graduate with experience as Ex-Founder's Office / Ex-founder/ Ex-product manager/ Ex-Sales/ EX-Customer Success profile
• Must have minimum 4+ years of experience in any of role (Ex-Founder's Office / Ex-founder/ Ex-product manager/ Ex-Sales/ Ex-Customer success) profile
• Must have strategic thinking and good communication skills
• Must have worked in startup or operator-style environments — demonstrating hands-on problem solving, building processes from scratch, and driving measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams
• Only IIT candidates from these IIT only (Kharagpur, Mumbai, Madras, Kanpur, Delhi, Roorkee, Guwahati)
• Candidates should have graduated in 2018 or before.
• Candidate's current CTC should not be less than 35 LPA

PREFERRED:

• Experience in software/tech/Solution implementation for B2B SaaS
• This is not a leadership role currently but will become with time

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We’ve proven the product–market fit and are scaling fast. We’re now building out our Customer Success & Solutions function — and we’re looking for a senior leader who can be both hands-on with customers today and a builder of the CS & Solutions org for tomorrow.

You’ll work closely with the CS Lead, founders, and cross-functional heads to ensure every customer has a world-class experience — from pre-sales to go-live to expansion.

You will be responsible for converting, onboarding, managing, and proactively ensuring success for our customers/prospective clients.

• Pre-Sales - Understand client needs and craft custom demos and sandboxes, and present tailored solutions to clients
• Pilot & Onboarding - Ensure smooth transitions from start to finish, proactively remove hurdles and drive successful launches
• Post Go-Live Success - Continuously assess client health/satisfaction. Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to resolve issues
• Client Relations - Be the voice of our clients. Maintain open communication channels with clients
• Bridge to Product/Engineering - Translate client needs into action items. Keep clients informed on project progress and anticipate any delays
• Documentation - Create and maintain customer success repository of docs, emails, videos, etc. to streamline client support
• Diverse Contributions - To the extent that bandwidth allows, get involved in other aspects of the business e.g. sales, operations, marketing etc

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or related client-facing roles (startup/SaaS preferred).
• Comfortable working in US time zones (~3:30 am IST) to directly engage with customers.
• Ability to empathize deeply with customers, understand pain points, and translate them into solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, loves wearing multiple hats, and drives outcomes without waiting for direction.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• (Preferred) Computer science or technical background — able to understand product at a granular level, with basic coding ability.
• (Preferred) Familiarity with accounting, revenue recognition, billing, or finance operations.
• High ownership, proactive communication, and bias for action.
• Collaborative, low-ego personality with a sense of humor.
• Not taking yourself too seriously.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree in computer science

Min 1-3 years of experience in Python and backend technology

Development experience with programming languages like C/C++, Erlang, Elixir.

Experience in Python / Go Lang is a must

Experience in creating and dealing with REST API and socket technology

Roles and Responsibilities:        

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

Write clean code to develop functional web applications

DRONES - Engineers, developers - HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, AND DESIGN

Preferred experience - 1 - 5 years

You would be part of:

1. Designing/Improvement of new/existing architectures of distributed computing with subcomponents of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).
2. Working/Researching with industrial state of the art sensor systems and modules, and developing drivers (HAL or wrapper) and applications around their usage.
3. Design and implementation of communication protocols between different subcomponents of UAS for distributed computing.
4. Writing Applications and Drivers from the scratch for (embedded)linux based systems.
5. Scripting and automations around work flows of UAS usage.
6. Working with existing sophisticated software stacks of subcomponents of UASs.
7. Working closely with electronics, design and systems teams for architecture development and deployment.
8. Working closely with Flight Controller engineers to do collaborative development of UAVs.

We expect you to be:

1. Experienced in hands-on development of complex embedded systems involving multiple microcontrollers or SoCs.
2. Very good in analytical abilities to be able to do core research and development activities.
3. Able to write low level drivers (wrapper or core) from the scratch.
4. Very comfortable reading and understanding datasheets and reference manuals of microcontrollers, peripherals, sensors etc.
5. Able to understand existing complex embedded software stack written in C/C++.
6. Solid in C.
7. Good in C++.
8. Comfortable with using hardware debuggers.
9. Having Hands-On experience with RTOS concepts like scheduling, threads synchronicity , race conditions etc.
10. Having Solid understanding of interrupt mechanisms.
11. Experienced in working with different hardware protocols like SPI, I2C, UART, PWM, CAN, USB etc.
12. Having Solid understanding of interrupts architecture of ARM based microcontrollers like STM32, LPC etc.
13. Having Good understanding of the concept of bootloaders.
14. Able to multitask.
15. A self-motivated and motivating personality who can work well independently as well as part of a team
16. Having good interpersonal and soft skills who can adapt to the work environment while manifesting a good positive attitude

You are awesome if you are:

1. Experienced in Linux Device Driver development.
2. Having good exposure of working on and understanding of any sensor modules like GPS, LIDAR etc.
3. Experienced in data filtering techniques (Example: Kalman filter)
4. Knowledge in ML/AI
5. capabilities in understanding various drone sectors and adoption

DESIGN : AV/Drone design engineer

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Diploma, Bachelor Or Master degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Civil disciplines
• Fresher graduates shall be considered for this position based on skillsets and Merit
• 0-5 Years of relevant Work experience.
• Knowledge of structural design, mechanical design, material properties, awareness of Industry standards for structural and mechanical systems design.
• Knowledge of CAD Tools (CATIA, Solid work, Creo, Unigraphics /NX) for Modeling, Drafting & Model Based Definition is essential.
• Able to work under guidance with positive attitude and highest ethics.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Good knowledge of New Product development process.
• Knowledge of basics of stress analysis.
• Basic understanding of aircraft and UAV/Drone.
