About the Role 

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Operations Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in business operations, process management, and cross-functional coordination.  

Responsibilities 

• Assist in day-to-day business operations and process management. 
• Support project coordination and ensure tasks are executed on time. 
• Help prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for operational activities. 
• Collaborate with different teams (HR, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to ensure smooth workflows. 
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency. 
• Track and monitor key operational metrics. 
• Contribute to internal communication and scheduling.

Job Overview

We are looking for a female Jr. Purchase Engineer / Jr. Purchase Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the Purchase, Production, and Planning departments, ensuring smooth procurement operations, and maintaining accurate documentation and follow-ups with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Purchase, Production, and Planning departments to ensure timely material procurement.
• Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and calls with suppliers to track order status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update purchase records, documents, and supplier databases.
• Support vendor development and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial, etc.) – Fresher or up to 2 years of experience.
• Alternate Qualification: B.Sc., BCA, or B.Com graduates with good communication skills and proficiency in English are also welcome to apply.

Skills Required

• Good computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel and email communication.
• Knowledge of SAP / ERP systems (optional).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
