Role: Blue Yonder WMS Developer
Location: Bangalore, Mumbai on-site as required
Experience Required: 4–8 years
Context
We need a hands-on developer who can own configuration, integration, and deployment not a part-time resource or SME-only profile.
Key Responsibilities
· Configure and customize Blue Yonder WMS for inbound, outbound, replenishment, and returns workflows
· Develop and maintain MOCA scripts for process automation and exception handling
· Integrate WMS with SAP S/4HANA — inventory, procurement, and finance data exchange
· Support RF/mobile workflow design and testing
· Conduct SIT, UAT, and cutover activities in coordination with Croma teams
· Provide post-go-live hypercare support and issue resolution
· Document configurations, integration specs, and SOPs
Must-Have Skills
· 4+ years hands-on with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS — configuration and deployment
· MOCA scripting proficiency
· SAP integration experience (IDOC / BAPI / API)
· At least one full-cycle WMS go-live at a retailer or 3PL
· Strong SQL skills for debugging and reporting
Good to Have
· Blue Yonder Luminate / cloud version exposure
· Omnichannel fulfilment experience — BOPIS, ship-from-store
· Labour Management (LMS) or slotting module familiarity
· Electronics or large-format retail background

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Data Engineer to take full ownership of our database architecture and operations. This is a WFO role that blends high-level database development, database administration (DBA), and customer consultation.
You won't just be writing code in the background; you will be the primary voice for data best practices, helping our customers understand why we build things the way we do.

- Database Development: Design, develop, and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
