About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Engineer with strong expertise in Embedded Linux and PCIe protocol development. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of PCIe (Gen4 and above) and experience in developing and debugging embedded systems at both hardware and software levels. Exposure to AI/ML or accelerator-based systems will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize embedded software on Linux and RTOS platforms.
• Implement and validate PCIe-based communication and device drivers (Gen4 minimum, Gen5/6 preferred).
• Work closely with hardware and system teams to debug low-level issues related to PCIe interfaces.
• Develop firmware and system-level software components for high-performance embedded platforms.
• Participate in board bring-up, performance optimization, and hardware/software integration.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Document design, testing procedures, and performance analysis.

Core Skills Required:

• Embedded Linux development (mandatory).
• Deep understanding of PCIe protocols (Gen4 minimum; Gen5/6 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of low-level driver development, DMA, interrupts, and memory management.
• Experience with Embedded RTOS environments.
• Familiarity with hardware debugging tools (e.g., JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes).
• Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting (Python, Shell).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Exposure to AI/ML hardware accelerators or data processing units (DPUs).
• Understanding of SoC architecture and high-speed interconnects.
• Experience working with multi-core systems and performance tuning.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Hands-on configuration and integration of ServiceNow Event Management module

Design and maintain Workflows, Sub-flows, and Flow Designer automations

Integrate with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar

Work with Regex, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or Linux scripting

Build and optimize REST API integrations

Configure event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation

Support production implementations and upgrades as part of a US Eastern Time support model

🧠 Must Have Skills

✅ ServiceNow Event Management (hands-on)

✅ Workflows / Flow Designer / Sub-flows

✅ Integration with SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace (or similar)

✅ JavaScript, API integration, scripting (Python / PowerShell)

Qualifications:

•  Excellent GIT knowledge especially how to merge, Rebase
•  University degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Minimum 1 to 5 years of embedded software development experience on Yocto Linux based projects in automotive domain
• Expert in C++ programming
• Strong debugging skills
• Good communication skills

·       Experience in SQL, Database Design, Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning etc.

·       Extensive knowledge of data processing, relational databases systems (Oracle and Oracle19C preferred ).

·       Strong analytical skills, analysing existing databases and the client’s needs going forward with regard to developing effective systems.

·       Good communication skills, both oral and written.

·       Sound accuracy and logic. Must be able to accurately develop databases in a logical manner from scratch.

·       Understand the concepts of other programming languages.

·       Understand the concepts of other front-end programming languages.

• Sound knowledge in controller design and analysis.
• Good understanding in optimisation based control algorithms.
• Experience with implementing PID controller for various unstable system.
• Experience with vehicle modelling and analysis.
• Good understanding of implementation/debugging/testing model and control algorithms.
• Candidate should have experience in programming concepts like OOPS in C++ and Python with robust and efficient coding.
• Experience in Matlab/Simulink, Stateflow.
• Good understanding in code generation, implementation and testing for real time intergration embedded system.

• Algorithm development for different control features.
• Testing of algorithm architecture along with tuning and validation.
• Working with simulation team to integrate and test models and algorithms into simulation environment for rapid development and validation.
• Tuning and validation of plant models to emulate real physical systems’ behaviour
• Co-ordination with other departments to maintain consistency and compatibility in department stack.
