
We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Administrative Assistant who
enjoys keeping things on track and getting things done. This role is ideal for someone
proactive, dependable, and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize employee documentation
Collect and verify documents for employee visa and travel requirements
Coordinate with travel agents for flight bookings (employees and directors)
Liaise with insurance providers for employee policies
Coordinate with banks for documentation and administrative requirements
Prepare job descriptions when needed
Work with recruitment partners and manpower agencies
Compile content and logistics for employee orientation and internal meetings
Track timelines and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Schedule interviews between candidates and leadership
Provide general administrative support to the management team
What We Are Looking For High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Must own a laptop and have reliable internet connectivity
Prior administrative or coordination experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
