About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, well-presented, and proactive Front Desk Executive who will act as the first point of contact for visitors while also providing administrative and executive support. If you enjoy interacting with people, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining a professional environment, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception Management
- Greet visitors with a warm welcome and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally
- Respond to walk-in and email inquiries
- Manage couriers, parcels, and dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
- Ensure visitor access control and security compliance
- Maintain logs, reports, and front desk records
- Handling lost & found items
- Monitor CCTV (basic oversight)
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist HR with day-to-day operational activities (attendance tracking, missing punch records, onboarding coordination, etc.)
- Support event coordination, employee engagement, and office activities
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility teams
- Handle minor emergencies or escalate concerns when needed
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and filing
Executive Assistant Support to CEO
- Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Arrange travel, itinerary planning, hotel bookings, and reservations
- Ensure meeting readiness: documentation, minutes, and follow-ups
- Handle expense management, reimbursements, and records
- Coordinate external vendor meetings and calls
- Manage CEO’s office facilities and meeting room needs
- Share timely updates and reminders
Must-Have Skills

Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Presentable personality with a positive and pleasant attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Graduate (any discipline)
- Prior experience in front desk, admin, customer service, or EA support preferred
