As a Power Apps Developer, you will be at the forefront of crafting innovative, low‑code solutions that streamline business processes and empower end‑users across the organization. You will collaborate closely with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and fellow developers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable applications on the Microsoft Power Platform. Requirements:

• 5–15 years of experience developing enterprise‑grade solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Canvas and Model‑Driven apps, Common Data Service (Dataverse), and integration with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
• Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs for extending Power Apps functionality.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL‑400) are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Power Apps solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Integrate Power Apps with external systems via connectors, APIs, and Azure services to ensure seamless data flow.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver prototypes.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce governance standards, and contribute to the development of a reusable component library.
• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform releases, evaluate new features, and recommend adoption strategies.

• Over +7 years of professional experience in analyzing, designing, developing and deploying client server web applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC and WEB API.

• Responsible for lead, develop and maintain .NET Core web applications and coordinate with other developers to maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable coding standards.

• Experience in writing .NET Core Web API using JWT tokens with a deep understanding of how to streamline data payloads for mobile and low bandwidth devices.

• Worked on .NET design patterns such as MVC including Dependency Injection (DI), and any custom/hybrid framework as designed by the Architects.

• Proficient developing real-time project, modern UI technology experience in Blazor (Web Assembly / Server) using with Dapper and MudBlazor.

• Extensive experience in conceptual data modeling, build out database design and schema, performing SQL query optimization and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.

• Hands on experience in creating, deploying and managing reports using Crystal Reports. Participate in unit test and integration testing. Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

• Experienced in automated deployment tools such Continuous Integration (Azure DevOps/Git).
• Excellent debugging skills; able to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components. Good to have knowledge on online & offline sync capabilities in Progressive Web Application (PWA) implementation.
• Knowledge on Azure DevOps is optional.
• Knowledge on INFORM, WARN and ERROR logging in Azure Application Insights, error handling, access authorization, data connectivity in C# is mandatory.

 Roles & Responsibilities

 You are responsible for understanding the product architecture and Design laid out by the Architect and Develop product features in alignment with the architecture.

Product is built on Microsoft stack with Angular 11, .NET and data residing in MS SQL Server and InfluxDB, mobile application built on Flutter and data lake deployed on Azure environment. It extensively uses multi-threading for parallel processing, stored procedures for data access and leverages time-series database for storing high frequency equipment data.
