Responsibilities:

- Programming
- Full stack system development

- Technical risk assessment and estimation
- Technical investigation/research, assessment, and recommendation
- Providing solutions and preparing proof-of-concept for technical proposals and demonstrations
- Product maintenance and support

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or any course related to Information Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
- Ability to execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- 1+ year experience in product development
- 1+ years Java development experience
- 1+ year experience in agile product development methodology/process
- Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
- Experience of relational databases, SQL / MySql / PL SQL / Oracle
- Experience in JAVA Frameworks (Spring / Spring MVC / Spring boot / Hibernate)
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
- Experience in Unit testing is a plus

Knowledge in:

- JavaScript / ES6 / JavaScript Reactive Framework (Vue.js / java servlets is a huge plus)
- REST Concepts

Training

After a rigorous training program of up to one month, you'll immediately get to work on one of our projects. We're working on mission-critical government systems or commercial products that are levelling up the way the world does business.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each, including education)

• Should have 5+ years of work experience in design, develop, Code and Unit Test web and desktop-based applications written in .Net framework starting from 4.x and above.
• Strong analytical skills to understand a given requirement and provide work estimates.
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming knowledge.
• Strong experience with Static Code Analyzers like Fortify.
• Should have good understanding of web servers such as IIS and Front-end such as HTML’s and Razor based engines.
• Strong debugging skills using .net front end and backend.
• Strong coding experience and thorough understanding of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, JQuery, JavaScript, Traditional Web Services, WCF, Web API and other Scripting languages such as pythons.
• Strong working knowledge on various design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, DDD, Repository Pattern and any custom/hybrid framework as designed by the Architects.
• Should have a strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of data sharing medium using JSON, XML and other media types.
• Strong knowledge on Entity Framework (6 and above) and other ORM such as Dapper.
• Strong knowledge and programming skills in Database such SQL SERVER, Oracle, My SQL and SQL Express. Additionally, nice to know-how knowledge in MS ACCESS.
• Strong knowledge and coding experience in REST based web services and service-oriented design patterns using WCF and other API’s.
• Should have used IDE such as Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code for Front-end development.
• 1+ years of building SPA web solutions using Angular 6/7/8 , BackBone, Bootstrap
• 5+ years building HTML5 complaint pages
• 3+ years of experience using TypeScript
• 3+ years of writing automated testing using Jamine or others

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

• Co-ordinate/mentor other Junior developers on a day to day basis.
• Understand the use cases/User Story, code and develop on a designed platform/pattern.
• Strict adherence to coding standards.
• Participate self-code review/peer reviews and correct errors wherever applicable before checking in the final code into the Branch/code repo.
• Create code documentations wherever applicable and as set guidelines by the team.
• Create and perform Unit Tests wherever applicable as set guidelines by the team.
• Provide feedback and assist in estimation planning.
• Merge code branches as and when required.
• Create and publish release documentations and application deployments as and when requested.
• Report out statuses to the leads onshore daily during the Stand-up calls.
• Additionally, update efforts on a given work item on everyday basis.
• Provide true estimates on work assigned prior development. Also ask questions/provide comments on User Stories/work items assigned.
• Be a team player and flexible towards availability in case of any urgent issues that need immediate attention.
• Plan out vacations in advance (min. 2 weeks of adv. Notice).


Nice to have(not a must) experience, skills

• Good understanding of Service Workers.
• Prior coding experience using FORTRAN.
• Experience on 3rd party tools like Spire.Pdf, PDF.Js.
• Knowledge of Rapid application development framework like DevExpress, Code on Time, HighCharts.

• Knowledge of Power BI and O365 Suites of applications.

About the Role :

We are searching for an organized, ambitious Tech Lead with hands-on experience in .NET and data management methods with MongoDB, SQL.

In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and an excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about the .NET framework and software design/architecture, we- d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to help internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Writing clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.

- Working on Architecture and Standards team to validate designs and standards.

- Perform coding, bug verification, unit testing, and integration testing.

- Build high-quality scalable and predictable web applications on the .NET Technology stack and maintain internal and external facing web applications.

- Creating and integrating services and APIs using Web API 2 for various products and applications.

- Working on system architecture and databasing in MySQL and NoSQL.

- Make regular modifications to existing software for error correction, adaptation to new hardware, and improving overall function and performance

- Evaluate new code for reliable architecture, stability, reusability, performance, automation, security, and metrics

- Using JSON to store and transport data.

- Working with other team members and the team lead using Project Management Tools and Version Source Control to create industry-leading technological products.

Skills required:

- 4 - 7 years of experience in MongoDB.

- Candidate should have 2 years of experience as a tech lead.

 

- Tech Lead should have AWS Cloud working experience.

- Knowledge of .NET development and lifecycle methods in C# Language.

- Experience in making Web API 2 including routes, class components, async methods, parallel programming, authentication, and authorization, etc.

- Experience and hands-on knowledge of data management methods with MongoDB, MySQL, or NoSQL, etc.

- Should have experience and understanding of using JSON.

- Familiarity with working with .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML. Knowledge of .NET Core is preferred.

- Knowledge and experience working with AWS Cloud and cloud computing techniques is an added advantage, but not a requirement.

- Having a BSc Degree in Computer Science is optional but should have some educational knowledge of computer science
