Job Description/Job Responsibilities

• Reach out to Decision Makers (B2b) / Connect with the relevant individuals (as per defined database) to brief them on call about upcoming conferences, sessions, etc. Educate them why they should attend the conference/event and generate interest.
• Work on Business-to-Business campaign for the IT marketplace 
• Doing Web search for successful call results ie. LinkedIn
• Guide and help the participants in the process like registering, logging-in on the portal by carrying out the intelligent conversation, sharing appropriate information with registrants
• Maintaining and analyzing reports of discussions and call history as required in a specific format.
• Making polite conversation with customers/prospects on the phone

MUST have skills:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Cloud app development experience
• Strong Understanding of Threejs Concepts
• Experience working with Threejs Immersive projects using Camera,Lights,Textures,Animations and shaders.
• Understanding of APIs, pagination, searching, sorting 
• Experience in setting up Projects with Webpack and the various loaders and plugins.
• Creating high performance UI etc.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including html5 and css3.
• Basic understanding of 3D mathematics.
• 1 years of experience in 3D technologies such as WebGL, Three.js, etc
• Experience working in a Distributed/Cloud-based environment.

Experience:

• Min 3 year experience
• Startup experience is a must. 

Location

• Remotely, anywhere in India

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

• 3+ years experience creating interfaces, large-scale digital experiences, or applications.
• Excellence at designing a brand experience across multiple channels, including web, mobile applications.
• Experience designing for a variety of industries including retail, financial, etc.
• Direct client interaction experience with the ability to build relationships, understand client vision/direction, and present designs and concepts.
• Figma should be core to your toolbox. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. (Keynote, Google Docs, and other basic skills are a requirement)
• Strong experience using various prototyping tools to help understand the problem, test concepts, and communicate experiences to internal teams and clients.
• Full understanding of how to identify the true needs of users through research, customer journey mapping, user testing and apply the insights to the design strategy and business needs. Successful track record working within interdisciplinary teams in creating great products knowledge of service design, design systems, and agile methodologies.
• Risk-taking in design, pushing past the obvious.

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent, in design, human-computer interaction or a related field, or a combination of education and experience in a relevant field

Responsibilities
- Experience executing projects on WordPress
- Experience customizing existing WordPress plug-ins for integration or other requirements
- Expertise in customizing, developing, and integrating WordPress themes
- Manage the project giving importance to cost and quality
- Work with the user group to improve the solution

- Document existing functions and processes

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 year of hands on experience in WordPress development
- Good understanding of PHP, MYSQL, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks
- Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages

Strategy, planning, and design:

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product, identify technology requirements, define the future product vision, create preliminary design concepts for add-on modules and shape overall technology and product roadmap by collaborating with the founders, business development, and marketing team.
• Ensure user oriented design is the primary approach to product development across multiple screens, based on user behaviour data and direct customer feedback.

Implementation and deployment:

• Manage Product Release, QA cycles, feature implementation and on time delivery through in-house team and vendors.
• Collaborate with team and customers to define use cases.
• Creation of wireframes/prototypes, site maps and user-flows for web and mobile platforms.

Operational management :

• Support marketing by implementing technical requirements for SEO/product analytics.
• Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration & system testing.
• Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.
• Establish and forecast ROI of features and succinctly articulate competitive advantage.
• Set-up data collection and analysis system in collaboration with CEO to track key performance.

Strong fundamentals in computer science/engineering and algorithm design.

Practical knowledge of computer software algorithms in machine/deep learning, NLP, Computer Vision etc.

Personal Requirements:

• Min of 7+ years of Hands on experience in Web app development, payment gateways implementation, architecture design, product management, databases and UI/UX in consumer facing applications.
• Experience on projects involving engineering and algorithmic functions, machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence is very advantageous.
• Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and utilise emerging technologies.
• Sincere passion to use disruptive technologies that can be globally significant

• Create architectural designs based on product/design requirement and implement critical high performance,large scale services and libraries Participate in the design and implementation of next generation systems.
• Control projects from start to finish - deliverables to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Adhere to all industry standards in code and architectural designs and evangelize best practices in library.
• Collaborating with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for the product development.
• Provide constructive feedback on design and product reviews.
• Collaborate with Leads/Engineers for continuous improvement of the code quality by code review and help engineers write better code.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives working with bright engineers across organization.
• Lead engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications using variety of languages and tools/technology stacks.
