Team Leader – Collection Process

Experience: Minimum 2 years in loan recovery / collections

Education: Any Graduation

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle and manage a team of up to 20 collection agents

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

Monitor team performance and provide guidance

Handle escalations and ensure process compliance

Prepare basic MIS and reports using Excel

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of loan recovery process

Good Excel and data analysis skills

Team handling and leadership skills

Languages:

English mandatory

Any two South Indian languages mandatory

CTC: Based on previous CTC

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
