Job Description

· To interface with internal and external staff and resolve problems

· Manage schedules and deadlines

· Estate Management

· Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

· Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons for the entire estate premises.

· Organize, supervise and coordinate other activities (renovations, events, audits etc.)

· Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

Job Requirements

· 2+ years of experience in office administration

· Proficient in MS Office

· An analytical mind with problem-solving skills

· Graduate/Postgraduate in business administration or related field

Work Days & Timings: Eight hours, Six Day Workweek

Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic kindergarten teacher to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children. Teaching in kindergarten includes planning, implementing and assessing lessons. You will teach children with patience and creativity. Kindergarten Teacher duties include designing a teaching plan and using activities and instructional methods to motivate children.

Responsibilities

• Design and follow a complete teaching plan
• Teach alphabet and numeracy along with personal, social and emotional skills
• Organise learning material and resources
• Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
• Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
• Assess students’ performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills regularly
• Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
• Cooperate with administration staff
• Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
• Reporting compliance with the required academic reports

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a Pre-primary Teacher or Pre-primary Teaching Assistant
• Excellent knowledge of child development and the latest education theories and practices
• Creative and artistic teaching abilities
• Teaching and organisation skills
• Patience and flexibility
• Strong communication skills
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
• E.C.C.Ed degree in education or relevant licence/certificate
