About the Team:
Currently we have millions of sales funnels, websites, attributions, forms and survey tools for lead generation. Our B2B customers use these tools to bring in the leads to the HighLevel CRM system. We are working to continuously improve the functionality of these tools to solve our customers’ business needs. In this role, you will be expected to be autonomous, guide other developers who might need technical help, collaborate with other technical teams, product, support and customer success

Our focus is on delivering Salesforce consulting solutions, including implementation, customization, and configuration. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive business growth in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Consulting Sales: Drive end-to-end sales of Salesforce consulting services (Implementation, Customization, Configuration). No product sales or CRM-related work (dashboards/reports).
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and acquire potential clients through outbound sales strategies.
- Outbound Sales & Prospecting: Utilize cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the complete sales process from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years in IT sales, B2B consulting sales, or recruitment-based sales.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in Salesforce consulting sales is a must (not Salesforce product sales).
- Sales Skills: Strong lead generation, outbound sales, and business development expertise.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to business growth.
- US Market Experience: Prior experience selling into the US market is highly preferred.
