💼 What You'll Do

✅ Connect with prospective customers and understand their financing requirements

✅ Guide customers through the loan/application process

✅ Follow up with leads and drive applications toward successful closure

✅ Coordinate with customers for documentation, KYC, and other requirements

✅ Work closely with internal teams for smooth and timely processing

✅ Maintain accurate lead and application updates

✅ Achieve individual and team targets while delivering a great customer experience

🎯 What We're Looking For

🔹 Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

🔹 Confident in speaking with customers over calls

🔹 Goal-oriented with a strong willingness to learn

🔹 Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage

🔹 Experience in Fintech, EdTech, Loans, BFSI, or Financial Services is a plus

🔹 Bachelor's degree (any discipline) preferred
