Our flagship product – OfficeTroops – is undergoing field testing with a select group of clients and getting rave reviews. We are poised for the next stage in our growth journey and invite you to become part of it.

We are looking for an action-oriented Ruby on Rails genius who can join our team. You should have at least a solid 3-6 years of work experience in Ruby on rails. We would really like it if you had some front end experience as well. Ideally, Vue.js but if not, then React, or other related experience is a huge plus.

What’s involved?

1. Architecting and building a global digital product in the HR Tech and Finance space

2. Coding, testing and deploying core functionality

3. Working to capture detailed performance metrics and keeping abreast of the business performance.

4. Working to integrate some of the foremost tech platforms into our product ecosystem.

5. Developing and deploying bespoke bots for specific functional needs to ever improve performance metrics,

6. Integrating a B2C marketing oriented framework within the application, the likes of which doesn’t exist in our target industry today.
