Nutrabay is the largest health & nutrition store in India. We have built a complex and high converting eCommerce system and our monthly traffic has grown to a million. We are looking to build a visionary and agile team to help fuel our growth and contribute towards further advancing the continuously evolving product.

We raised $5 Million in a Series A funding round led by RPSG Capital Ventures, with participation from Kotak Alternate Asset Managers
Responsibilities:
- Driving the Digital Product Development for Nutrabay, in an analytical and structured way across platforms (Web, Mobile & App).
- Driving various growth initiatives at Nutrabay such as partner platforms and modules..
- Owning various modules such as affiliate management systems, referral and loyalty and evolve them in line with business objectives and consumer effectiveness
- Create simple and effective product documentation including Product Requirement Docs(PRD’s), Research Docs, Sprint Reviews etc. ensuring seamless transition of features and tasks between cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring timely product sprints and removing any bottlenecks that could hinder the development sprints.
- Tracking features success via success metrics through the month post every feature/module launch and update.
- Ideate Product features & drive iterations based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
- Designing workflows and wireframes for digital internal & external modules while ensuring a high-class User Experience(UX) on web and mobile.
- Work closely with engineers to ship features and product improvements.
- Ensure prioritization, timely execution, quality, resolving issues faced during operationalization and ensuring success metrics are met.
- You should understand, track and optimize the product journey for buyers based on data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, sales and business to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to the product vision and business strategy.
About you:
- Have 2-3 years of experience ideally working on Consumer-Facing, Large-Scale growth products.
- Have worked or know at least 50% of the E-Commerce modules listed below:
- Orders Management Systems
- CRM & Omni-channel Automations such as Moengage, Clevertap etc
- Gift Cards
- Affiliate Programs
- Personalisation & Recommendation Systems
- Loyalty Management Systems
- Are a fast learner and comfortable teaching yourself new skills and can thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Are Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project.
- You possess basic wireframing and UX understanding so you can create workflows and features that get teams excited.
About Nutrabay:
Nutrabay was born out of a problem that all health and nutrition stores in India could not actually ensure the authenticity of products they deliver as they were all a marketplace. This is not the best situation when you need to ensure 100% authenticity of products as the website selling these never know what the 3rd party seller is actually sending to the customer via their website. This is where we saw a huge problem to be solved. A website that lists no 3rd party seller, no middlemen, fulfills and ships direct to the customer, get certified by all the brands for authentic products and is able to offer comfortable price points at the same time.

As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality code for our software projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python code for our software projects.
- Design and implement microservices architecture for scalable and efficient applications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Python developer, with a focus on building robust and scalable applications.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and experience working with related technologies (e.g., Docker, AWS, service discovery,Jenkins).
- Solid knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g. Django) and libraries commonly used in microservices development.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with third-party API integrations.
- Proficiency in database systems, such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
- Knowledge of message queue systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS).
