Job Description – Workday Support Lead (Learning & Talent)

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Experience: 6–10 Years

Workday Experience: Minimum 3 Years of recent/latest experience

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Support Lead to manage and support Workday Core HCM and Workforce Management modules. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary functional expert, ensuring smooth operation, configuration, issue resolution, and continuous enhancement of Workday solutions. This role requires direct stakeholder engagement and close collaboration with business teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day support for Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management modules.
• Manage incident resolution, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service requests.
• Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, reports, calculated fields, and integrations as required.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Operations stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide effective Workday solutions.
• Support Workday releases, testing activities, regression testing, and deployment of new features.
• Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors for issue resolution and enhancement activities.
• Maintain functional documentation, process guides, and knowledge repositories.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supported Workday modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Workday certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience working in GSI, GCC, or enterprise support environments is desirable.
