Monkvyasa Internet Pvt Ltd is a technology company, located in Edapally, Kochi. We are the brain behind the monkvyasa.com, a marketplace website for astrologer consultation. The website started in 2014 as incubatee in Startup Village, we selected as one of the top 5 emerging company from Kerala. Monkvyasa had successfully able to won the seed fund from TIE Kerala, Startup Village and KSIDC for best startup. We are working to organize the ancient astrology industry by using the power of technology. The person should handle the enquiries from the customers through phone and email, most of the customers from north India, should use Hindi as a primary language and English as second option. Also, the person has responsible for clients acquisition through phone calls and emails, the person must have good communication skill in Hindi and Malayalam for this work, have able to use English if necessary. Most of the works would happen through phone calls and emails. Please introspect whether you have these characteristics and mindset * Willing to take extra responsibility depends on the situations * Comfortable with work extra time work if required (sometime late night work) * Ready to work in startup ambience with minimum office facilities. * Open mind to learn & experiment new things in work. * Willing to stand with company in difficult situation to achieve the common vision * Open mind to accept own mistakes and willing to change with a positive mind.
