Job Description – Technical Architect Title: J2EE Technical Architect Experience: 7-10 Years Work Location: Gurgaon Domain : Telecom/VAS Salary : 8-12L/A Mandatory Skills: J2EE Expert overall 7-10 years of experience and with 5-7 years of experience in designing and development of Telecom/Vas products using Spring MVC Framework, JPA,JSF and Hibernate, System design for handling high volume of traffic. Knowledge of ad-Network functionality and process , Well-versed with middleware, Architectural Frameworks and Patterns , Design Patterns, and is expected to have executed at least two projects involving substantial architecture/design challenges, in the role of an architect/designer, knowledge of open source frameworks &tools , UNIX and various application servers is highly desirable. Technical Qualifications: • Strong technical credentials, with at least 3-5 years of experience managing software development teams, ideally with some hands-on architectural or distributed systems experience special • Strong understanding of web standards, front-end web programming, and modern client-side engineering. • Experience with Core Java & J2EE technologies along with exposure in web & app server management. • Mastery of the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C/C++) and open-source technologies (Spring MVC Framework, Hibernate) • Strong technical skills which include a thorough understanding of application design, data communications, and user interface design. • Proven track record of supporting Middleware solutions and linked technologies • Expert knowledge of at least two or more Middleware products (E.g. Jboss Application Server, Weblogic, Tomcat, Http Server etc.) • Experience with end-to-end highly integrated system technologies • Good UNIX knowledge, including scripting. • Strong analytics skills • Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision-making skills are needed. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with experience conducting meetings, coupled with the ability to develop and provide presentations. • Proven ability to lead a team of technical staff members to the successful delivery of a software product.
