Kanakia Group

Over 3 decades ago we began our operations on a simple premise. To build edifices that would go beyond the bricks and cement. And in its place came up those pillars that Kanakia is known for, Values that would hold strong long after a sale is made. The integrity to honor every commitment. The endeavor to constantly create innovations. The courage to ensure transparency is maintained. And the confidence to be dependable. Today we are one of the leading premium developers and have been featured amongst the prominent real estate development brands in the country. Since our inception, we have developed 14.6 million sq. ft. of residential, commercial, entertainment, and educational spaces. It is not just the real estate sector, but we also diversified and ventured into the cinema exhibition under the brand name Cinemax. We also forayed into the field of education with RBK Education institutions and the hospitality sector with hotels in Mumbai, Goa, and Ahmedabad. Under the leadership of Mr. Rasesh Kanakia and Mr. Himanshu Kanakia, we aim to explore new opportunities and take Kanakia Group to new heights.
